Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito boa. Tem várias docerias, lanchonetes, restaurantes à uma curta distância do hotel. O tamanho do quarto é ótimo para família.

Cons:

Não gostei do banheiro. Eles somente retiraram a banheira que tinha, com isso a cortina não vai até o chão, ou seja, a cada banho, o banheiro ficava todo molhado. E tinha também o problema da água quente que parece que de noite acabava e o banho era no máximo morninho. E por fim, não tem onde pendurar as toalhas no banheiro e temos que ir distribuindo elas pelo quarto.

Ótimo custo X benefício!
Pros:

Gostamos de tudo. O atendimento maravilhoso! Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Há um restaurante no hotel que facilita muito a viagem. O atendente foi super atencioso. Sairíamos cedo e ainda assim, o atendente nos disponibilizou lanche para o café da manhã no quarto.

Do a calefação q eu acho q não funciona muito, o hotel é bem frio em todas as partes. E o café da manhã tem q pedir pra esquentar as coisas pq ficam muito geladas. Tem q ficar pedindo pratos, copos….

Não se hospede neste hotel se buscar conforto e qualidade.

Todos os funcionários são excepcionalmente gentis e prestativos.

Cons:

Hotel velho, precisando de reforma urgente. Banheiro com vazamento na pia, descarga danificada, aquecedor do banheiro com defeito, camas de casal tão pequenas que foram desconfortáveis para um adulto e uma criança. TV danificada com listras na tela, sabonete de baixíssima qualidade e limpeza precária, havia até insetos parecidos com formigas no banheiro. O café da manhã também é limitado, pouquíssimas opções.
