Pros:

Hotel is sparkling clean, smells very good (spa at the entrance), has free jacuzzi from 4pm to 7pm and is very well maintained (room looks brand new or repainted recently). Hue Is extremely humid as city but the hotel has very good ac which makes it really nice and dry inside. The hotel receptionist suggested a variety of tours but without any pressure and I ended up picking one to travel to hoi an

Nothing / I quite liked they did not ask or pressure for any reviews like many other hotels in Vietnam (hence my observation of rating inflation in Vietnam on booking)

Tolle Lage, Pool nicht für Kinder gedacht
Pros:

Grosses, helles Zimmer, nettes Personal, tolle Lage

Cons:

Baustelle nebenan (Dauerbeleuchtung) und nich ganz verdunkelbare Rollladen. Pool klein und für Kinder nur morgens bis 9 Uhr.

Pros:

The hotel itself is quite nice. The rooms are clean and modern, and the location is good. The hotel definitely has potential and the facilities are generally pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my overall experience as a guest was disappointing because I didn’t feel treated with much understanding or consideration. Right next to the hotel there is currently a construction site, and every morning starting around 6:30 AM the construction noise woke me up. It was therefore impossible to sleep properly, which made the stay quite exhausting.

Since I am currently sick, I asked the reception if a late check-out would be possible so I could rest a bit longer. At first, I was told the hotel was fully booked, and later I was offered a late check-out only if I paid 50% of the room rate. I would have appreciated more flexibility and empathy in this situation.

There was also confusion about the water in the room. At check-in it was mentioned that water was free, but later I was charged 70,000 VND for a 1.5-liter bottle. Clear communication from the beginning would have avoided this.

Overall, the experience felt quite transactional. I would currently not recommend booking this hotel, especially as a new building is being constructed right next door and the construction noise starts very early in the morning. Guests should at least be informed about this in advance.

Value For Money, Super Clean!
Pros:

Excellent location, close to everything (Ten min drive from Imperial City, Dong Ba market, and the railway station). Super clean and the staff was very friendly too. Highly recommended!
