All bookings include complimentary use of hot/cold mineral water Jacuzzi pool on arrival date.
- Guests aged 16 years and above can use the pool for free from 4pm to 6pm with water pump turned on.
- Guests under age 16 can use the pool for free from 7am to 9am without water pump.
Notice: Please put on bikinis or swimsuits to use Jacuzzi pool.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Le spa / pisicne est interdit aux enfants sauf entre 7am et 9am
Peut-être était ce dû au fait que nos dates correspondaient au jour de Réunification du Vietnam mais c'était très cher
De receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat meteen een prettig gevoel gaf. De kamer was goed en comfortabel, de locatie is prima en het ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd.
De wasservice vonden we aan de dure kant, omdat je per kledingstuk betaalt in plaats van per kilo. Daarnaast viel het tegen dat je extra moet betalen om gebruik te maken van de spa. Gebruik van water op kamer kostte ook geld, waar in de meeste hotels vaak gratis twee flesjes wordt aangeboden.

The room and the bathroom was big enough. Staff is kind. Breakfast buffet is very assorted. Located 5-10 minutes walking from the downtown.
The staff was too pushy trying to sell us a tour to visit the city.
Personnel extrêmement gentil et accueillant : nous nous sommes trompés sur les horaires du jacuzzi sans bulles et sommes venus le matin pour que mon fils en profite, car le jacuzzi du soir est trop puissant pour lui. Malgré des réservations, ils nous ont tout de même permis d’y accéder après le départ des clients concernés.
Le réceptionniste a eu la délicatesse de laisser une piscine en marche pour les adultes et d’en arrêter une autre afin que mon fils puisse en profiter en toute sécurité. Il a même pris le temps de revenir plusieurs fois pour cela. Un geste que nous avons énormément apprécié, un grand merci à lui !

Très belle hôtel. Bien situé et qui propose des activités hyper avantageuses et intéressantes. Vous pouvez aller au spa ou au jaccuzzi. Personnel est vraiment au petit soin et d'une grande gentillesse.
Chambre spatieuse, confortable et décorée avec goût. Tous les équipements y etaient.
Le petit déjeuner est ultra copieux et délicieux.

Hotel is sparkling clean, smells very good (spa at the entrance), has free jacuzzi from 4pm to 7pm and is very well maintained (room looks brand new or repainted recently). Hue Is extremely humid as city but the hotel has very good ac which makes it really nice and dry inside.
