***Time & Age Regulations for Jacuzzi Pool Use
All bookings include complimentary use of hot/cold mineral water Jacuzzi pool on arrival date.
- Guests aged 16 years and above can use the pool for free from 4pm to 6pm with water pump turned on.
- Guests under age 16 can use the pool for free from 7am to 9am without water pump.
Notice: Please put on bikinis or swimsuits to use Jacuzzi pool.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

"Alba Spa Hotel" is nicely situated in the city centre, in a walking distance from the main sights. The room was large and clean, good for having a rest, after exploring the beautiful and interesting city. The people at the reception were always very kind and helpful.

The room was advertised as a ‘Junior Suite’ and it’s a twin room only, it’s definitely not a suite junior or otherwise. The claim is: because it has a bathtub, it’s a suite.
Las instalaciones son estupendas, camas muy cómodas, habitaciones y baño grandes y limpieza excelente. Pedimos habitaciones conectadas porque viajabamos en familia, y fue genial. El desayuno es muy bueno. Se podía usar el jacuzzi gratis, pero no nos dió tiempo. El personal súper amable.
La ubicación, a 30min andando de la ciudad imperial, pero en taxi se llega rápido.

You can hear some street/construction noise occasionally but it’s muffled. The property is alder but well maintained.
This was our 2nd time at this hotel. We really like the quality and comfort of the bed, bedding and pillows. Everything is clean. The staff is very nice and the access to the hot and cold pools in the spa are great after a long day of walking. Location is also easy for getting around.
the lighting in the bathroom is NOT GOOD! It could easily be fixed with some brighter lights around the mirror. I felt I was trying to get ready in the dark.
Clean rooms, central location, yum breakfast, good value and attentive staff. 100% recommended!
Nothing negative here to say about the hotel itself but be aware of neighbouring construction across the street as it is too noisy even in the middle of the night (prepare yourself a pair of earplugs!)
Ottima struttura molto pulita eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo 10 minuti a piedi dalla citadel ma in una strada con numerosi locali per mangiare.
L’acqua calda ha smesso di funzionare durante la doccia. Assistenza immediata ma il problema non si è risolto (forse il boiler é molto piccolo?)
