Tres Bruyant dans le bâtiment principal car la salle des repas est en bas des chambres.la salle de bain merite un bon rafraîchissement. Le personnel pas très agréable hormis les gardiens du parking.

Camere da rivedere e bagno totalmente da ristrutturare, climatizzazione inefficiente. Pulizia accettabile, buona cura degli spazi esterni. Proposta prima colazione molto scarsa e deludente. Ottima gestione e qualità del ristorante a la carte e personale disponibile.

Hey i am Dheeraj from india recently i am on tour of puglia i stay in cala Corvino I don’t speak Italian well they help me kn everything. One of the best resort and restaurant I visit in Italy..The best thing is that the staff here is very nice. I want to tell all of you that whenever you are on a tour to Puglia, you must visit Cala Corvino, you will get every kind of facility here. And i want to thank Giuseppe Montrone he was there whenever I needed him.

This place is nothing like the pictures advertising the property, they must be at least 10 years old

We arrived if took ages to check in and then our room had no beds made up so we were moved to the room next door which the air con didn't work and it looks like holes that have been punched into the doors of the bathrooms

Went to the pool and the water slides were closed, one of the pools doesn't even have water in it like the water fountains around the property

Bars were all closed and the buffet dinner would be an insult to the average Italian household

The only thing that's going for it is the toilet flushes in the room

Do yourself a favour and stay as far away as possible from this place if youre looking for a good family holiday, I have no idea how it's even got 3 stars

With my sister and niece, we booked 4 nights at the "resort" because we liked the pictures on their website. They asked us for a deposit in advance in the amount of 286 euros, which was about a third of the total amount. When we arrived at our destination, however, the shocks began to come one after the other. Upon entering the reception, it seemed that time had stopped there already 30 years ago (not even the clock above the entrance was working and probably stopped in 1990). Otherwise, the friendly receptionist explained what was where, asked for the remaining payment and handed us the keys. When asked where we could eat, he offered us a hotel dinner for an absurd 30 euros per person, which, thank God, we didn't decide on, because we lost our appetite when we saw the hall where the guests were having dinner. The whole thing worked like a family gathering or picnic, the tables connected, everyone sat with everyone and no one had any privacy. When we asked the receptionist to escort us to the room, he led us out of the building, to the part where the facility is with the sleeping area, pointed to the door from a distance and turned around. When we entered the room, the main shock followed. First we were greeted by a musty smell, but when we managed to find the light switch, we were speechless. Dilapidated furniture, random pieces of furniture in the room, on the dining table, which did not belong there and was pushed into the corner of the room, there was a lit ashtray and a dirty telephone, a small refrigerator right in the middle of the room, bugs on the wall, the bathroom door was broken, in the bathroom weathered and cracked plastic elements, everything rusted, the fan makes a screeching sound (a few minutes after it is turned off),... in short, the room was a pale shadow of what it was in 1990, when the hotel was last renovated. Terrifying. Of course, we asked to change the room, and the receptionist (who was obviously embarrassed and expected a complaint) offered us a smaller room above the reception, which was in exactly the same condition, only smaller. We took a miniature loud elevator to the room he offered us, and inside it was completely covered with engraved graffiti, apparently left behind by the cultured guests who used to go there. When we returned to our original room, we decided to look for another hotel or apartment despite the late hour, because we had no intention of staying there. While we were sitting in the room, a man came through the door, acting strangely and speaking unintelligibly. He left after a while and then came back and harassed us again. So I went to the reception again, where they told me that they have a contract with one of the associations for mentally retarded people, who stay with them and move freely around the "resort", which we were not informed about at the time of booking. Of course, we have nothing against people with special needs, but when we go on vacation, we want to have peace and privacy. We were lucky that we found an alternative and were able to leave the hotel immediately, but we were only refunded the amount that we settled at the reception, and they did not want to return the deposit, despite the fact that they advertise fake pictures and offers. When we got home, we consulted a lawyer, who confirmed that we are entitled to a refund of the entire amount, but the hotel is completely unresponsive and does not respond to emails. We will certainly take care of reporting to all competent inspections, which we hope will do their job and visit the hotel.

Pas de recommander. Photos trompeuses il y a des sortes de trullis qui sont construits autour du bâtiment. Nous avions une chambre dedans et avions l'impression d'être mis là ne sachant pas où nous loger en plus cela donne sur le parking très très bruyant. La salle de bain inondée qd nous en prenions une. Un sèche cheveux est à disposition dedans bravo la sécurité avec les pieds dans l'eau !.Petit déjeuner correct sans plus et restaurant à éviter.

Vi fik et værelse, der ikke var gjort rent og uden sengetøj. Poolen var kun åben noget af tiden. Personalet var ikke særligt imødekommende.

Hotellet ligger uden for byen, hvilket er forventeligt for et ressort.

The security staff at gates were amazing. Very friendly, informative and helpful 😍

Hôtel laborieux que ce soit l’entretien du matériel ( robinetterie , WC ) literie de mauvaise qualité , petit déjeuner pas terrible , chaise longue payante , bonnet de bain obligatoire . Par contre le personnel est très agréable

Hôtel avec de nombreux batiments d'une architecture différente plus ou moins bruyante. Les services sont nombreux , mais à partir de 19h l'accès à la plage le plus court est fermé.

Water and hydro were out for hours, couldnt warm food for my 8month old. They had no back up power sources...did not even offer cold water to drink during this time. Manager disappeared, no answers no nothing.
Half the time we were there the water slides were not running. Pool was fine but had to buy pool hats or you werent allowed in.
Beach time had to be booked everynight for the day after could not book in advance as ther was limited spots available.
Rooms were full of aunts, complained to the front desk but was told it is what it is. Breakfast we had to look for our name that was placed on a table took us 20 mins every morning to find the table with our name on it. If there was any nightly entertainment, we have no idea where or when they started as staff was completely useless.

Tutto molto bello un’oca pecca è quella di dover lasciare le camere alle 10 del mattino neanche il tempo di fare il check-in il sabato alle 18:00 e domenica alle 10 uscire per il resto tutto bene

No wifi, they turned the air conditioning off from 1am to 8am, the food was horrible

Кондиционер не работал,номер за три дня не убирали,в открытом бассейне на улице надо плавать в шапочке,что было непривычно,территория особо не убирается.

Understanding that you are saving on your holiday, one should consider the level of the residence. Although the club system is far from being called new, it is situated in a beautiful location! Not far from Bari and Alberobello, and fantastic beaches, you can have a great holiday in a nice company especially! The residence beach is not the best one for the kids but the little ones enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. I can not say I was impress by the evening program ‘cause I have seen much better ones before in other hotels.
There is no small supermarket on the territory of the residence which is not convenient at all and you should take your car to drive to the supermarket which is 1 km from this place.
One other thing that made the holiday not the most enjoyable one: no air conditioning when it is +35 C outside. You feel like in a sauna 24 hours a day.
Not taking into account all these disadvantages like
*no air conditioning
*no supermarket nearby
* the beach not adapted for the kids
You can have a great vacation because
•the location is outstanding
•lots of great restaurants nearby
•and if you travel with a fantastic company.
We enjoyed our short vacation here in spite of all!

Firstly do not trust the pictures and the write up from the hotel. Admittedly the area outside is well landscaped and very pretty, unfortunately it ends there! The rooms were in such poor repair it was shocking, no real kitchen just a sink next to a hob (no cooker) with no work surface. You cannot cook and use the sink at the same time without risk of burning yourself. The sink was surrounded by mould. All the furniture was battered and worn to the degree it was mostly unusable. Draws falling apart, door handles coming off in your hand. There was no air conditioning despite the brochure saying it has and the air extractor in the bathroom didn't work so it was like having a sauna every time you took a shower. The hot water was inconsistent in temperature and you had to be ready to turn off the shower at a moments notice if it started to scald or freeze you, very dangerous to be honest. Beds were mostly inadequate except for the double which was fine. No safety rail on top bunk bed. The bug screen on the door had holes so we were constantly finding bugs in our room, we all got bitten.

Then there is the beach...the beach itself was beautiful but to get there was a rather treacherous hilly walk, ok if you are young and fit and don't need to carry too much with you. Very steep in places and the handrail is broken in a few places. We went on September 23 and were told the season was closed (weren't informed of this when booking) so no sunbeds or umbrella on the beach. I managed to fracture my ribs getting up and down off the rocky surface. Ended holiday in A&E.

There was no entertainment whatsoever and all the restaurants and bars were closed unless you were full board. If you wanted to use the pool you had to wear a swimming cap which none of us had and the hotel did not supply. There were only deck chairs by the pool so you couldn't sunbathe there either.

Two of the staff were helpful but the rest were rude or just ignored us. Most did not speak much English so communication was not easy. Hotel wouldn't call us a taxi but offered us a shuttle to town for €15, it as only 2km away, we got a bus in the end for just €1.

Really I have nothing good to say about this place except it is near Monopoli which is an amazing city. If you can manage to get to the beach safely it is a lovely rocky cove. I understand they do have better rooms than the ones we stayed in but be warned the pictures do not reflect the resort. You may want to check which dates are "in season" as we had been advised the season ends at the end of September but everything was clear closed when we arrived.

The rooms were not cleaned during our stay but we were allowed to go and exchange towels for new ones on a specified day. Also on arrival they asked us for a€200 cash deposit for the room which we refused to pay. We had not been advised of this and found it laughable that they thought we might damage anything as everything was already broken! They would not accept the payment on a card and we did not want to give them our euros, after much complaint and negotiation we were let off this.

No safe or hairdryer in the room and no beach towels available to borrow. Really was a poor show.

I spent five wonderful days with my partner and three children (9,10 and 14 years old boys). We were greeted and made to feel welcome straight away. In particular Angelo at reception was absolutely amazing..... we were looking for a villa-stay solution so that all of us could benefit from privacy and en-suite facilities. Angelo suggested we rented a whole "cupoletta" (Dome) which includes four separate bedrooms with en-suite, air conditioning, fridge and balcony in each room. We were given the master key for the entrance so we had complete privacy and we could keep the bedrooms doors open overnight. Absolutely fantastic. The staff could never do enough for us: Antonio, the bar manager, was professional, friendly and efficient. The food was spectacular and the staff at the restaurant prompt and friendly, especially Mario and Piero. The life guards were professional friendly and efficient, and made sure everyone in the pool would play safely.... a special mention to Cinzia and Leo for being so caring. The premises are sparkly clean, the massive terrace kept clean and tidy by the life guards themselves. My partner got stung by a wasp and the entire resort staff was concerned... they have an A&E office with on-site nurse who treated the bite and had cortison cream especially delivered in no time!!! Entertainement was non-stop all day with choice of line dancing, games, singing, mini club, night shows and night time dancing under the starry Puglia sky.... A special thank you to Paolo, the manager, very friendly and helpful. The rooms might be a little "tired" as some reviews say, but they are kept clean and the beddings and towels changed every day. It was a fabulous immersion in the true italian holiday experience and we will come back next year for a longer stay. Grazie a tutti e arrivederci all'anno prossimo!!!!
