Es war sehr schön und erholsam.
Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend. Mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig.
Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir ein Upgrade bekommen haben weil wir für 13 Nächte im Hotel waren.
Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Hotel.

Cons:

Helaas een erg slechte ervaring. De kamer was zo warm dat ik de hele nacht niet heb geslapen. Toen ik dit bij de manager aangaf, werd gezegd dat de aangegeven temperatuur van de handdoekdroger in de badkamer kwam. Alleen stond die helemaal niet aan, dus die verklaring overtuigde totaal niet.

Wat vooral tegenviel was de laconieke reactie: geen serieus vervolg en geen enkele compensatie. Een hotel hoeft wat mij betreft maar één ding echt goed te doen: zorgen dat je kunt slapen. Dat lukte hier niet, en de afhandeling maakte het alleen maar erger.

Excellent stay in a great location!
Pros:

Great breakfast, spacious and very clean room, and very friendly staff. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station.

Cons:

Nothing – we had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

A negative is the 18CHF surcharge for in-room dining. It’s the first hotel i have been to that charges extra for just the delivery and on top it’s bit a negligible amount. If I had a wish, I would ask for this fee to be voided.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, grand balcon, bien isolée, bon accueil, hôtel bien situé, bon petit-déjeuner, spa très agréable.

Peace, good food and relaxation in front of the river and mountains
Pros:

Very nice hotel in the center of Klosters, next to the river. The room with a balcony overlooking the river is really worth it. Designer furniture and excellent SPA.
The staff was very kind, especially Cathy, to whom a special thanks go, really precise and helpful. The restaurant has really good food. The breakfast is varied in the right way and of high quality with local products. At night there was absolute silence, great for sleeping. A rarity.

Cons:

The only flaws were 1) the pillows not too comfortable for us, other types were already finished except those with millet 2) the WiFi in some parts of the hotel, for example in the room was quite slow.

Hochwertiges zentrales Hotel in einem schönen Ort.
Pros:

Das Hotel findet sich in zentraler Lage mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Bahnhof und Seilbahn sowie Supermarkt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Wirkliche Pluspunkte sind der saubere entspannende Saunabereich und der Innenpool. Das Frühstück bietet frische Speisen in hervorragender Qualität.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße und direkt über dem hoteleigenen Restaurant. Dadurch konnten wir im Sommer bei Hitze und fehlender Klimaanlage bei offenem Fenster kaum in den Schlaf finden.
Dieses Problem dürfte bei den Zimmern, die nach hinten zum Fluss gelegen sind, oder auch in den kühleren Jahreszeiten, vermutlich nicht bestehen.
Davon abgesehen gab es für uns nichts zu bemängeln.
