Wonderful stay in Klosters Platz
Pros:

Spacious, well-appointed rooms. The spa and fitness center are really nice. Great location in Klosters Platz along the river and near to a playground and the Badi. Convenient to have a great restaurant in the hotel, too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily come back again.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the room. It was very spacious and well-designed, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sofa made the room even more relaxing. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette, which added extra convenience.

One of our favorite features was the large balcony overlooking the river. It was the perfect place to spend our evenings, enjoying the peaceful sound of the flowing water.

The room also offered plenty of storage space, making it easy to keep everything organized. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the coffee capsules and tea were replenished regularly.

Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of delicious options, and we especially enjoyed the freshly prepared omelets, which were cooked to order.

The service throughout the hotel was friendly and professional. We would also like to mention the excellent spa area, especially the warm swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was of a very high standard.

Feedback nicht gehört und ignoriert - in einem solchen Fall muss man gar keins geben!
Um 7 am Morgen kamen Lieferanten Lastwagen. Sehr Laut. Zimmer 115 nicht um mit offene, Fenster zu schlafen.

Ein TOP Hotel!!
1. Sehr freundliches Personal (beim Empfang, Frühstück & Reinigungspersonal)
2. Sehr geräumiges & sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer (Sitzecke, Küche, Kühlschrank, Dusche und Badewanne....)
Balkon (Lage zum Fluss, sehr angenehmes Wasserrauschen!)
Sehr gutes Bett (härtere Matratze)
3. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet (mit allem was das Herz begehrt und in bester Qualität)
4. 2 Saunen, 1 Dampfbad, Pool und Salzraum zum Entspannen wunderbar
5. sehr gute Lage 5min zum Bahnhof, Bus direkt vor dem Haus & Parkplätze direkt ggü vom Hotel. (40CHF /Woche ist in Ordnung).
