Pros:

Hotel molto carino, in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere tutti i paesi della penisola. Camera e bagno puliti, staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione abbondante.

Acceuil très sympathique
Réactivité lorsque nous avons signalé un problème
Petit dejeuner OK malgrl que le capuccino était fait via machine
Diner délicieux et service impeccable

Cons:

-Pas d'eau chaude immédiatement il a fallu attendre le lendemain pour que le problème soit résolu.
-L'arrivée en voiture dans l'établissemet n'est pas évidente, il ne faut pas rater l'entrée sous peine de devoir refaire le tour car impossible re rebtrousser chemin sur la route.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um Positano, Sorrento und Massa Lubrense zu erreichen.
Sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben sogar ein kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen und ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Küste bekommen:-)

Cons:

Der Parkplatz für eine Vespa kostet 5 Euro.
Wir haben noch nie für eine Vespa bezahlt. ( Es geht hier nicht um die 5 Euro, ich finde der Parkplatz sollte kostenfrei sein bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel.
