Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Raumpflegerinen insbesondere.

Cons:

Safe im unteren Fach nach hinten gestellt im Kleiderschrank. Man muss auf die Knie um ihn zu öffnen. Und dafür zahlt man 15 € die Woche bei 10 Tage 30 €.Es fehlt eine Nachtischlampe. Sehr unhöflicher und langweiliger Animateur. Er grüßt nur Gruppen. Alleinreisende lässt er links liegen.

The internet didn’t work, so I cannot recommend this place.
Pros:

• The room size was good and it also had a small kitchenette which was useful.

• The window and natural light in the room were nice.

• The location was good and convenient.

• Dinners were tasty and there was a decent choice of food.

• The staff were friendly and you could see they were making an effort to help guests.

Cons:

The room was facing a busy street. Unfortunately the traffic noise at night was very loud and even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep.

• The bed was very uncomfortable. When I tried to get up during the night to go to the bathroom, the mattress suddenly flipped from a horizontal position into a vertical position and fell off the bed, knocking me onto the floor.

• The motion sensor light in the bathroom seemed to be faulty and the light kept switching on by itself even when nobody was there.

• There was no toilet brush or any other way to properly clean the toilet after use. I understand that after the pandemic many hotels removed toilet brushes for hygiene reasons, but in that case there should at least be a bidet hose installed next to the toilet so guests can rinse and clean the toilet with water.

• I unfortunately saw a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom which was very unpleasant.

• The WiFi was a serious problem. On the first floor there was practically no signal for most of my stay. Because of this my phone automatically switched to roaming without me noticing, which caused unexpected charges. If I had known the internet would not work properly, I would not have booked this place as I work remotely and need a reliable connection.

• Breakfast was also disappointing. Despite the number of items available, the quality was rather below average and it was exactly the same every day.

Pros:

Je viens régulièrement dans cet hôtel, car le personnel à la réception, restaurant et gardien sont très sympas. La nourriture et le choix excellent, Chambre avec petit frigidaire douche, sèche-cheveux, balcon. Proche de l'arrêt de bus 40 direct de l'aéroport et de station de taxis, petits centres commerciaux à proximité ainsi que de nombreux restaurants si on ne prend pas la demi-pension.

Cons:

Chambres mal insonorisées, les armoires pour ranger ses affaires ne sont pas d'un grand luxe, les lits assez sommaires mais néanmoins confortables, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent, c'est pourquoi j'y reviens souvent.
