Pros:

The welcome at the reception was quite bad, the ski room remains always opened and the hotel says they don't take care of the skis of the guests, which is alarming given how expensive the material is, the breakfast was empty when we arrived, very little variety

Cons:

breakfast, the bed was separated in two beds, small and uncomfortable

A real gem in Crans Montana. Great for couples or families.
Pros:

We first stayed at this hotel in February, and enjoyed ourselves so much we decided to come back to the exact same place.
Crans Montana is of course a beautiful place, but the hotel is situated ideally for skiers access to the slopes and also for
diners and shoppers to access to the town. During our last visit, we discovered that the hotel has been sold, so we hope the new owners don’t mess it up!

Great hotel for a ski vacation
Pros:

We stayed a week at Hotel Valaisia for a group ski trip. Nothing but good things to say. Staff is helpful and attentive. The food (we ate breakfast and dinner together) was wonderful. The rooms were nice. The Arnouva gondola is very close. And the walk back to the hotel after skiing is all downhill. The escalator to the town square and back was also easy to get to.

Si vas a Crans-Montana sin duda este es el mejor hotel! Reserva ya!!!
Pros:

Es un hotel se lujo a precio razonable. Muy bien ubicado. El spa es muy comodo y no habia mucha gente. El personal sin duda alguna lo mas destacable, estuvo siempre a disposicion y siempre muy amable.

Cons:

La verdad me cuesta encontrar algo que no me haya gustado. Los ascensores un poco chicos pero al ser pocos pisos no fue jamas un problema.

schönes Hotel mit guter lage.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt neben der gondelstation ist perfekt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war immer sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es war sehr Ruhig im Hotel. Mitarbeiter vor ort sind sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Parkieren war sehr teuer und hat extra 18CHF drausen gekostet obwohl der hotelpreis schon saftig war. Die Duschen im Spaa bereich haben praktisch nicht funktioniert da kam fast kein wasser raus oder nur heiss oder nur kalt. Eine Flasche 0.75dl Mineralwasser hat 9CHF gekostet was ich als überteuert finde. 200Meter weiter, im Coop kaufe ich 6x1.5Liter Mineralwasser für 4CHF...
