Hezký bazén, ucházející pokoj a špatná snídaně
Pros:

Personál hotelu byl naprosto v pořádku, hotel byl hezký a moc pěkný bazén jako bonus. Klidná lokalita i městečko. Večer jsme zašli na večeři, která nám chutnala.

Cons:

Není to mínus, ale skvělá by byla lednička na pokoji (věděli jsme předem, že tam nebude). Zklamala nás postel, která byla dost proleželá a zasloužila by si výměnu. V Portugalsku jsme byli ubytováni na šesti místech a musíme konstatovat, že zde byla nejhorší snídaně. Malý výběr pečiva a ošklivé ovoce, které bych se už bál jíst.

Uma estadia excelente, que superou as expectativas!

Desde o primeiro momento, fomos recebidos com enorme simpatia, profissionalismo e disponibilidade por parte de toda a equipa. O atendimento foi, sem dúvida, um dos pontos altos da estadia, com funcionários sempre atenciosos, prestáveis e genuinamente preocupados com o bem-estar dos hóspedes.
As instalações são excelentes, muito cuidadas e agradáveis, e o quarto destacou-se pelo conforto, limpeza e qualidade. Todo o ambiente do hotel transmite tranquilidade e atenção ao detalhe.
Foi uma experiência muito positiva, daquelas que nos fazem sair com vontade de voltar. Recomendo vivamente este hotel e deixo os meus parabéns a toda a equipa pelo excelente trabalho e pela forma como fazem os hóspedes sentirem-se verdadeiramente bem recebidos.

Sehr nette Betreiber. Wunderschöner Pool mit Aussicht auf die Berge. Großes sehr sauberes Zimmer! Gemütliches Bett und tolles Frühstück. Auch das Restaurant war den Besuch wert! Muito, muito delicioso!

Correcte i acollidor
Pros:

Hotel de 3 estrelles molt net i acollidor
El personal es molt agradable. Habitacions amb llit còmode i terrassa. Piscina.
Vam sopar al restaurant i tot estava molt bo així com el servei. Esmorzar correcte
Te parking gratuit propi per deixar el cotxe
Realment el recomano

Cons:

Per dir alguna cosa el cafè de l’esmorzar. No es bo i no tenen màquina per fer cafè espresso.
També hagués agraït informació a l’arribada sobre excursions, etc

Een top verblijf
Pros:

Mooi hotel. Personeel erg gastvrij. Mooie kamers. Hele fijne badkamer met heerlijke douche. Erg schoon allemaal. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
Buiten zwembad met genoeg ruimte om te liggen en zitten. We hebben ook 2x in de avond hier gegeten en kwaliteit was erg goed.
Hotel ligt net aan de zijkant vh dorpje. De omgeving van Serra da Estrela is erg mooi.
Een aanrader om hier te verblijven.

Un alojamiento perfecto...
Pros:

La ubicación, la amabilidad y disposición del personal y la habitación, comodísima, que nos permitió disfrutar de unos días estupendos. Lastima que el tiempo no nos dejó disfrutar de la piscina como nos hubiese gustado, aunque tiene una pinta fabulosa como el resto de instalaciones.
Un plus, lo de poder cargar el coche con un cargador tipo 2 todas las noches...aunque la sierra acabe pronto con la carga XDD
