O pequeno almoço era mediano, estávamos á espera de algo um pouco melhor, devido à classificação da Booking. Tudo o resto foi excelente: quartos renovados e super quentinhos. Staff que fez de tudo para nós agradar. Restaurante do hotel 5 estrelas.

Pros:

Excelente estadia. Um pequeno-almoço formidável, muita atenção ao detalhe por parte do staff, em particular pela Patrícia e o Rafael. A limpeza do quarto foi sempre feita de forma irrepreensível! Além de um Hotel a recomendar, o Berne é certamente um dos melhores restaurantes em Manteigas.

O Concierge foi excelente, atendeu aos nossos pedidos prontamente e esteve sempre disponível. A localização do hotel é perfeita e os quartos estavam extremamente limpos. O café da manhã estava bom, mas senti falta de um croissant e cream cheese.
