Beautiful old building. The location was superb, parking only a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and it was good value for money.

Pros:

Paid extra 12 euros for breakfast which was very good. Staff were very efficient. Very close to the entrance of the Cathedral.

Cons:

The night staff was not very helpful. Waited for her to finish her personal call before she tended to us.

The morning staff was very efficient. We arrived morning of 27 April and she was very alone dealing with guests who were leaving or arriving. Attending to calls and all with a ready smile. So different with the evening staff.

Hopefully breakfast can be included in the room rate.

Great stay in Santiago
Pros:

Amazing hotel next to the Cathedral. Don't try to drive to the hotel. It is in the closed, pedestrian zone. Set your navigation to Parking San Clemente. Park and drag your bags 300 meters (yards) to the hotel. Amazing staff all around starting at the front desk. Beautiful pedestrian friendly streets full of fun shops, restaurants and bars. Great breakfast. Wonderful experience.
