A simple Old Fashioned Hotel
Pros:

Chain hotels are reducing their facilities like in room telephone, a decent table and chair, bath soap, slippers, a simple kettle, tea/ coffee sugar and creamer, and Housekeeping (once in 3 days!)...calling it
"Modern and streamlined" Concept! Yet charging exorbitant room rates.
This hotel has definitely put them to shame by offering all that a client wants for a smooth holiday,according to me.
Kudos to the Hotel Management and the ever willing to help staff.

Отель явно требует ремонта. Все довольно печально выглядит. Уборка номеров вообще разочаровала. Завтрак весьма скуден.

Pros:

Super lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra Bajkonur, skąd można pojechać wszędzie. Pod hotel podjeżdżać autobus 21, który jeździ do Medeu, czyli na Szymbulak. Z Abay street autobus bezpośrednio na lotnisko za 200tenge, wszystko tanio i blisko. Sprzed hotelu wyjeżdżają autokary z wycieczkami na Kolsai-Kaindy, kanion Szarzyński i Czarny Kanion

A comfortable Hotel to stay and the staff is so helpful and friendly.Highly recommended
Pros:

Good location near to the bus station and Metro. Easy to move around the town. Good breakfast too

conveniently located near tour pickup point
Pros:

We chose to stay 2 nights purely due to location. We had an early morning tour that ends late at night and the hotel is conveniently located near the meetup point. The breakfast at the cafe next door was surprisingly good with a diverse spread and good service — hotel room was dated and old so I didnt expect much.

Cons:

The room was on first floor just next to reception so you can hear noise from outside when standing near the door. Fortunately the beds are in another area of the room, further from the door. Bathroom was very cramped and dated, shower door couldnt close properly and this is the first hotel I have to stand sideways to use the basin cos of the proximity to towel bowl. While reception is generally friendly (a young guy), I thought service wasn’t very helpful — not sure if it is due to language barrier. Next door restaurant staff service was much better!

Завтрак отличный, огромный выбор!
Постельное белье, полотенцы чистые.
Чистота в норме.

Cons:

Сантехника старая!
Телевидение аналоговое, это в цифровом веке - нонсенс!
Окна отжившие свой век, шторы оторванные от петлей, не полностью закрываются!
Дежурный администратор 13 июня Фариза представила нам, кажется, самый худший номер из имеющихся полулюксов, где слабое освещение, не все светильник горели, также некоторые розетки не работали, унитаз шатался.
Хорошо что, 14 июня дежурный администратор Асем поменяла нам номер, и старалась как могла сгладить ситуацию, за это ей большое спасибо, а так точно пришлось бы искать другой отель!

Pros:

Breakfast was a good spread, and stretches quite long - from 7-10am. Location is central and convenient, quite close to airport. Beds were comfy, room was clean. Reception desk was helpful.

Jeśli cenisz swoje zdrowie i spokój ducha, zatrzymaj się raczej gdzie indziej!
Pros:

Zjełczałe wyroby masłopodobne zamiast masła! Bezczelna i wyrachowana administracja!

Podczas mojego pobytu (23–25 maja 2026 r.) doświadczyłem 3-dniowego rozstroju zdrowia (problemy gastryczne, spowodowane spożyciem śniadania w hotelu).
Hotel serwuje nieświeże, mające 7 miesięcy (!), zjełczałe, niskiej jakości wyroby tłuszczowe ZAMIAST PRAWDZIWEGO MASŁA, przez co naraża gości na zachorowanie!
Według kierownictwa hotelu tak stare produkty są -według ich przepisów -„świeże” nawet w letnich temperaturach. Administracja nie widzi żadnego problemu,
traktuje gości z pogardą i zasłania się rzekomymi przepisami, zamiast wziąć odpowiedzialność za rażące zaniedbania i późniejsze problemy swych gości...

Rancid fat spreads instead of butter! Terrible management.During my stay (May 23–25, 2026), I suffered a severe 3-day stomach illness caused by breakfast. The hotel serves un-fresh, 7-month-old rancid low-quality fat spreads INSTEAD OF REAL BUTTER!!! According to the hotel management, such old products are perfectly "fresh" even in summer temperatures, and they see no issue. They treat paying guests with absolute contempt and hide behind cold bureaucracy instead of taking responsibility.
