Excellent établissement ! Je le recommande vivement ! Je n’ai rien à redire : accueil chaleureux, un maximum de propreté , service personnalisé. La totalité du personnel de l’hôtel du réceptionniste à la femme de ménage en passant par les serveurs ils sont tous extrêmement professionnels. Nous reviendrons c’est certain.

A great week.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived in Ischia and were transported to the hotel via their courtesy bus we were looked after very well indeed. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful throughout. The meals were excellent and even though we were staying B&B we found the extra cost for evening meals was good value and cheaper than anything offered in the town. The wellness centre is top notch and clean with bathing in the thermal spa waters included. Various other treatments are available at extra cost which we enjoyed.. The room we stayed in had a patio with sea view and was conveniently close to the outside swimming pool and thermal plunge pool. All in all, we had a lovely week and intend returning again.

Cons:

There was nothing we did n't like but would have enjoyed a little music in the bar perhaps before/after the evening meal. (A couple of local musicians did play one night but unfortunately we missed them having gone out)

A piece of paradise, wonderful relaxing stay!
Pros:

Everything was perfect, stunning location with the best views, clean, plenty of space around the swimming pool. Super friendly staff, variety at breakfast and a super useful frequent shuttle service to get to the local town - 100% needed if you don’t have a car!

Everything was perfect!
The team, the room, the view, comfortable parking, great swimming pool.
Great coffee at the breakfast.
We celebrated our first anniversary and they gave us free drinks and were so nice and lovely

Cons:

Traditional Italian breakfast, the food was good but not variety so come with no expectations

Pros:

We loved our stay here. Our view from our room was beautifull and the entire ground looked very nice. The pool is decently big and a nice place to relax. The spa is also open during the day and a nice place to relax. The breakfast is good, it includes eggs, yoghurts and cereals, sweet breads and normal breads.
The staf is really friendly and helpful and their english is ok (Maryna from the reception her english is very good and she was extra helpful!)
There is a shuttle bus that goes to the local town a few times a day which is nice.

It’s a quiet and beautiful oasis. The pool is exceptional and the views are gorgeous.
Pros:

This is a splendid oasis. 🏝️ Calm and very beautiful. The staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful. A regular hotel shuttle to nearby town is helpful. We had a car but it’s not always easy to find parking in the towns. We were easily and securely able to park our car at this hotel though. The views from our room were excellent.

Hier fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an als Gast. Es ist bemerkenswert mit welcher Aufmerksamkeit man bereits am Hafen vom Shuttle Service in Empfang genommen wird, das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und professionell.
Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und man hat von überall einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den Golf von Neapel.
Zimmer piccobello sauber, hell und freundlich eingerichtet, mit perfekt funktionierendem WiFi.
Frühstücksbuffet auf der Panoramaterrasse ein absolutes Highlight.
Schöne Atmosphäre mit internationalem Publikum.
Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absolut Top, sehr faire Preise.
Ein Hotel zum Weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Everybody was super kind, always nice truly professional. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s easy to move to various places thanks to the free shuttle service. The rooms have amazing views and are very neat and clean. The structure also offers many great services, but one of the best things is for sure the food, just exquisite and always fresh.
This was for sure one of my best experiences in the Southern of Italy, if you come to Ischia this place is a must. You will leave this hotel completely regenerated and relaxed! I’can’t wait to come back in the future, hopefully very soon. Thank you for the awesome stay:)
