Apparthôtel et SPA Cerdanya

El alojamiento y la comunicación con recepción muy bien, la decepción fue que nos decidimos por este ApartaHotel porque tenía SPA y justo en nuestra estancia estaba “Temporalmente CERRADO”, por lo que fue una decepción para nosotros. Estaría bien recibir una recompensa del hotel para poder volver otro dia y poder disfrutar del SPA. Repito: por el resto, todo muy correco: bien equipado, limpio, tranquilo, bien comunicado, aparcamiento cerca, personal muy bueno en recepción… etc

Calidad precio ajustada. Limpieza poco exaustiva ( útiles de cocina sin limpiar). Algo ruidoso, se escucha vecinos, niños, perros.

Los lunes tienen cerrado la atención al público. La entrada es por telefono.
Las sabanas no estaban muy limpias y el colchón muy incómodo.
La distribución del apartamiento muy bien.

Établissement bien situé, confortable , proche commerce, quoique route passante occasionne quelques nuisance la nuit. Bémol, le SPA est fermé - Un mail de prévenance explicatif aurait été le bienvenu, d'autant plus que la raison le COVID, ressemble de plus en plus à une restriction de services sans dédommagement, dommage.

Personnel tres accueillant. Logement très bien / grande superficie.
Le bar/tapas au rdc de l'hôtel est excellent / à recommander vivement

Se adecuó mucho a nuestras necesidades, ya que viajamos con un bebé de un año.

Expedia said that check-in ended at 8pm, but in fact it is at 5pm except on Friday. Extremely complicated to receive the key of the room, which happened to be in a safe. The code for the safe was emailed by Expedia just a few hours before our arrival, while we were on the train with no access to our email. And on site we did not have a phone connection because of the proximity of the border with Spain. Luckily the weather was great!

Super spa

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, tenia todo lo necesario,es muy acogedor y bonito.Pasamos un gran fin de semana en familia y las pistas de esquí están muy cerca.

Orientacion, ordenar, limpio, Bonito acogedor. El exterior la entrada y spa regular

LUGAR ESPLENDIDO,BIEN COMUNICADO. MUY BUEN SITIO. LA WIFI PODRIA IR MEJOR. EN LA 307 IBA REGULAR. PERSONAL MUY AMABLE

Séjour court mais très bien logé dans un appartement spacieux et propre :)

Appart hôtel en basse saison .pas de personnel d accueil ,pas de petit déjeuner ,appartement très limite pour la propreté .(pas de kit de nettoyage pour la partie cuisine)
À déconseiller en hors saison ....

The apartment was perfect for our short family stay. The staff were welcoming upon arrival and set up a travel cot for us (€5 per night charge). Parking was available at €10 a night, however with ample parking across the street at Carrefour we didn't use it. The apartment's condition was clean & satisfactory, however it was starting to show some age - the cheap sofa has some rips in it and the walls some cracks & holes. However we slept well, were able to cook in the kitchen, and didn't hear the other rooms. The WiFi was perfect at 50Mbps. We'll definitely stay again should we need a place.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel, bien situé à proximité des stations de ski et de la frontière espagnole...personnels charmants et compréhensifs...

Awful hotel/apartment in an awful place.
Hotel deserted when we arrived at about 5pm, after 15 minutes looking for someone to check us in to we found some keys on a little table with our name on. Found our room which was very disappointing - nasty plastic sofa / sofa bed that was so battered it was really uncomfortable to sit on. Couldn’t have a beer, glass of wine, cup of tea in the room as there was no kettle, bottle opener or corkscrew. Definitely no way you could make any hot food, as there was only one tiny saucepan just big enough for a boiled egg. Don’t know what the Spa was like as there was no one around to let us use it. Didn’t see a single member of hotel staff until we checked out, when some surly women handed us a bill. She didn’t enquire whether we had enjoyed our stay because I assume she really didn’t care. Bourg-Madame is a miserable little place, the neighbouring town of Puigcerda is actually quite charming though.

En general aceptable, aunque nunca sirvio el SPA, que dijeron que como no se incluia directamente solo ofecieron un descuento posterior, teniendo en cuenta que somos de otro de continente se me hizo desconsiderado. El aseo debia hacerlo uno porque sino tambien tiene un costo extra.
