The lake view room was one of the best experiences in my life
Pros:

The view on the lake was spectacular! The room is spaced, comfortable and cozy. The hotel is beautiful and authentic. Breakfast is rich in various dishes.

Extraordinary castle hotel nearby mountains
Pros:

A great stay in this castle like property with an old library, a historical baroque dancing room, etc. We like the opportunity to enjoy the sauna after a whole day in moutains. In the evening, we enjoy a delicious dinner in the restaurant.
The breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed all the options and the atmosphere, so we stayed a bit longer than usually.
Overall, the hotel has style and vibes, it's a great place for everyone who likes to stay undisturbed and enjoy quite weekend.

Cons:

We found the beds a bit average. Especially, a two-bed queen-size, which splits into two parts... not perfect for couples.

Sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr Gut mit großer Auswahl, so das für jeden etwas zu finden ist. Die Gastronomie und das Restaurant können wir nur mit ausgezeichnet bewerten. Der Service und das Personal sind außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Sehenswürdigkeiten Inder Nähe sind rar.

Podobał mi się basen i sauna. Śniadania były bardzo różnorodne i na prawdę przepyszne ( dużo opcji vege )

Treat it like a self-service apartment with a nice facade, not a luxury hotel.
Pros:

The architecture and exterior renovation are beautiful, and the views are lovely. Breakfast was fine, a smaller selection, but with some quite interesting and tasty combinations. However, do not expect a single smile from the breakfast staff. EV charging is included in the parking fee, which is a positive in principle.

Cons:

This is at best a 3-star hotel masquerading as a 5-star. We stayed here as a couple, and if there is one phrase to describe the hotel staff, it would be: they honestly couldn't care less about their guests. Upon check-in, the receptionist ask you to fill out a paper form and tell you nothing about the basic staff regarding breakfast or the facilities. While my boyfriend went to park the car (which isn't exactly close to the entrance), the guy at the reception didn't even bother to ask if I need help with the luggage. Do not expect porter or doorman. I had to drag the suitcases to our room all by myself. Speaking of the room, it was quite cold, the heater was at maximum capacity, don´t expect a minibar.

The biggest tragedy, however, was the wellness area. The sauna was only heated to about 50-60°C on both days. When my boyfriend went to the reception to ask if they could fix it, the lady didn't speak English. She went to 'check' it, but the temperature never changed. The relaxation room was out of order with a broken glass door and just a warning sign slapped on it. Bizarrely, there were just two cheap plastic chairs by the pool, which were apparently supposed to substitute the relaxation area. Absolutely ridiculous for a 5-star.

A warning for EV owners: charging is included in the parking fee, but there are only two chargers and zero enforcement. Cars block the chargers all day, and the staff doesn't care to ask guests to move their fully charged vehicles, so you might not get a chance to charge at all.
