Urocze miejsce
Pros:

Urocze miejsce na uboczu, cisza i spokój. Pyszne jedzenie w pałacowej restauracji.
Mieliśmy pokój w nowej części z widokiem na jeziorko, duży, komfortowy było wszystko co potrzebne.
Całość zabudowy na terenie w trochę dziwnym eklektycznym stylu, szkoda, że ta nowoczesna część jednak nie została zaplanowana w stylistyce przystającej do pałacu.
Bardzo fajny nieduży basen i sauna. Uprzejma i pomocna obsługa. Polecam!

Cons:

Jeden minus, źle zaplanowane wejście na basen gdyż trzeba przejść przez restauracje (idziesz w szlafroku obok ludzi jedzących np. elegancką kolację).

Stilvolles Hotel mit interessanter Geschichte
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, kompetentes und hilfsbereites Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant.
Kulturell sehr interessantes Hotel in ausgesprochen ruhiger Lage mit schönem Ausblick ins Riesengebirge und zur Burg Kynast.
Elegantes Restaurant mit weißen, makellosen Tischdecken und Stoffservietten. Wo findet man das heute noch? Alle Gerichte waren sehr schmackhaft, reichlich und schön angerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig.
Man versäume nicht, sich das historische Kachelstübchen, den Barocksaal und den Film über die Sanierung und die Geschichte des Schlosses anzuschauen.

Cons:

Die Sauna ist etwas klein im Vergleich zur Größe des Hotels. Parkplatzgebühr zu verlangen empfinden wir für das Hotel als unnötig.

Miły i pomocny personel na recepcji. Chętny do udzielania informacji i wspierający z każdą sprawą

Cons:

Problem przy śniadaniu, gdy pewne potrawy skończyły się w połowie czasu trwania śniadania, personel zapytany o ich uzupełnienie nic nie wiedział, nic nie pomógł i już nie uzupełniał braków. Rozczarowujące.

Generalnie obiekt 5* miał lata temu…

Jedzenie było naprawdę smaczne.

Cons:

Na dzień dobry 10min szukaliśmy recepcjonisty który nie należał do super uprzejmych. Ale najlepsze było później.
Gdy żona odkręciła prysznic mieliśmy awarię. Gdybym po chwili nie wszedł do łazienki woda wlałaby się do pokoju.
Wtedy dopiero przyjrzałem się jak wygląda łazienka w obiekcie. Rano gdy wyszło słońce nie było lepiej. Szkodliwa Pleśń ( a moja żona w ciąży ) na całym oknie, przewody na środku ściany, brak gniazdek przy szafkach nocnych, brak zasilania w gniazdku koło tv i rdza.
Panie sprzątające i kuchnia to działy które wywarły na nas pozytywne wrażenie. Ale chyba od 5* obiektu wymaga się pewnych standardów.
W dodatku aby nie wrzucać takich rzeczy w internet wysłałem 2 wiadomości na 2 różne adresy @ hotelu. Niestety brak reakcji.
