A hotel that is not fit for purpose with serious work needed to make it decent
Pros:

Like is a strong word, but I was at least able to sleep and it was quiet. Nothing much else to say here.

Cons:

Oh boy, let's list them:
1. Hot water was broken throughout the hotel (yes really), so I was completely unable to shower or clean myself without freezing to death
2. The wifi was setup incorrectly and kept disconnecting and breaking. IT guy desperately needs to sort this out
3. They provide the worst pillows possible and charge you 8/10/15 euro for various other pillows that are available on request at reception.

O pequeno almoço

Cons:

Não fizeram a limpeza do quarto nem reposição de papel nem troca de toalhas . Quando ligamos para a receção disseram que não podiam levar as toalhas limpas porque só havia um funcionário no hotel e pediram nos para ir a receção . Tínhamos acabado de vir da receção porque os cartões desmagnetizaram todos. Fomos buscar as toalhas e não tinham papel higiénico . Foram mais tarde levar o papel higiénico ao quarto

Sehr schönes, modernes Zimmer mit schönen Bad. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

De tudo, quarto amplio. Staff super acolhedor e atencioso. 5 estrelas.

Cons:

Ficamos em quarto perto do elevador, fomos hospedados em altura de torneios de futebol na páscoa, muito barulho nos corredores.
