Uma desilusão, falta de ética e má conduta profissional
Cons:

Foi sem dúvida a pior reserva que já fiz, e que acabei por não concretizar, mesmo depois de ter pago. Reservei uma opção de quarto (com um valor superior aos outros) que tinha incluído “1 lugar de estacionamento + internet de alta velocidade”, ao qual me esclareceram dias antes da estadia que o lugar de estacionamento refere-se a um parque exterior ao hotel, e que segundo eles, TODOS os hóspedes já têm direito ao mesmo, não necessitando de pagar valor extra. Apercebo-me que paguei um valor superior por um “extra” que afinal todos os hóspedes já têm “direito”, o que me fez sentir que fui enganada pelas ofertas que apresentam na internet, e ver que há uma má conduta e ética profissional do hotel para com os hóspedes. Para mim, uma falta de respeito para com quem opta por escolher o hotel.
O que me levou por opção própria a não usufruir deste alojamento, mesmo depois de ter pago.
Aconselho vivamente a serem mais claros e honestos com o vosso “público-alvo”.
