The staff was very friendly and nice. The location was good also.

Cons:

Well in our room we didn't find the toilet work well. And they just told us to press the button firmly, well I'm sorry but I myself have arthritis and I never complain but it was extremely hard to push that button.

Little ick with the room and keys being ready and functional.

This one with the shuttle we didn't like.

Their booking information says there is a shuttle for the airport. Sorry but this is not a shuttle it is a taxi that they call for you and you have to pay.

Every other hotel we've been to has shuttle service and it is included in the price.

So maybe maybe management should look into this.

Os funcionários eram super antenciosos e simpáticos

Cons:

O pequeno almoço era muito pobre, não tinha quase variedade e passado pouco tempo do início nem era reposto.
Um dos elevadores estava avariado.

Bra rum med sköna sängar.

Cons:

Förstår inte att det var en fyrstjärnigt hotell!?Mattor, soffor och fåtöljer i entrén var söndriga här och där. Biljardbordet saknade bollar och fanns en enda kö. Hissarna var sönder, gästerna fick använda sig av personalhissen. TV i allmänna utrymmen vid baren saknade ljud och när gästerna skulle titta på fotbollen lotsades personalen att de inte visste det, men jag läste i recensionerna från början av juni att det redan var så. Sedan vad gäller bäddning av sängarna, jättekonstigt i vårt rum 😉 det fanns bara ett halvlakan under täcket och våra vänner i rummet bredvid hade ingen lakan alls under sitt täcke, alla badlakan och handdukar var gamla, urtvättade och trasiga. Tur man hade hygienartiklar för det saknades, fanns inte heller vatten eller kaffemaskin på rummet. Frukosten var heller inte det bästa, fanns inga grönsaker, brödrost fanns men ur funktion, tog äggröran eller något annat slut från frukostbordet tog det långt tid för påfyllning. Stackars den underbemannade personal, de hann inte rensa borden och duka nytt till de gäster som kom lite senare. 😉

Pros:

Amazing location, close to everything. Small breakfast hamper in the morning. A beautiful room, with great street views. You could live in this apartment.

Cons:

The shower leaked water out into the room area. Must have been an ongoing problem with signs of water damage. No soft closing toilet lid.

Clean, tidy and comfy but basic.

Bed was comfy. It was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The toilet seat was disconnected from the bowl so hit my back. No hook to put towel after shower and the info booklet that usually has menu or other info was there but empty. Breakfast was very basic. The curtains could not be opened as no privacy inner curtain inside.

Pros:

I arrived very late at night - after midnight. The man in the hotel reception was very helpful. When I had trouble with the first room I got, I was given a larger room on a higher floor.

Cons:

The toilet didn't flush in the first room I was assigned.
