Gute Lage, großes Bad, nettes Personal. Sehr guter Service über das Normale hinaus.

Cons:

Ausstattung schon in die Jahre gekommen, unser Zimmer lag direkt an der Treppe und war sehr laut.

The hotel is located at the first floor with no lift (which was reported by the property in an email). The rooms and the main entrance (especially the outside part) of the building would benefit from some renovation.

Was heel goed.
Pros:

Locatie is perfect. Wel wat gehorig als je aan de voorkant zit. Heel behulpzaam personeel. Er is geen lift maar we werden direct geholpen met de koffers omhoog dragen!

Cons:

Het is behoorlijk gehorig aan de voorkant. In het weekend kan je daar een beetje last van hebben.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Plaza Punta Arenas. The team were extremely helpful, assisting us with organising both our airport pick-up and drop-off, and offering support with our luggage.
