En linea general, bien. Excelente ubicacion, buena limpieza, desayuno normal, ni pobre ni exagerado. El personal de la cocina 10/10.
El personal de recepcion, le pongo un 8, vimos 5 recepcionistas en 2 dias.
Los dos primeros del dia que llegue, el dia 02-04, uno no sabia hablar Ingles, y un alojado extranjero no podia resolver con esa persona una simple consulta, hablar idiomas en un hotel es fundamental, tampoco hizo ni el menor esfuerzo por ayudar, tipo, dale amigo!!, ponele google traslator aunque sea. y la chica que nos recibio, se tomo demasiado tiempo, muy muy muy slow!!
Los 3 recepcionistas restantes, buenisimos, atentos, SONRIENTES, amables.
Mi estadia fue del 2 al 4/04.

Cons:

No me gustaron los productos del baño, las jaboneras sucias, una mezcla de productos, de cuando se va acabando y repones diferentes aromas y colores, eso fue UN ASCO.
Y mezquinos con las botellas de shampoo y acondicionador. Re pequeños, ni un calvo puede lavarse con esa cantidad de producto.
La calefaccion al recontra palo 24/7, pero no dije nada, primero porque era central, y segundo porque tenia ventana al lado. No todos manejamos la misma temperatura corporal.
El sistema de llaves de puertas,mmmm, dudosa, una llave para adentro, otra llave para ingresar, muy poco seguro. Si hubiese tenido una silla, le hacia traba tambien, pero no habia sillas tampoco.

Πιο κεντρικά δεν γίνεται. Ιστορικό κτίριο. Καλή αίθουσα πρωινού με πολύ καλό πρωινό που σερβίρεται από τις 06.15'.

Cons:

Στην αρχή το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό, αλλά την επόμενη μας το άλλαξαν κατόπιν αιτήματος μας. Στη Χιλή για να έχεις απαλλαγή από το ΦΠΑ πρέπει να πληρώσεις σε δολλάρια μόνο με credit card και όχι με debit. Η booking δεν το αναφέρει.

Really central for easy access to tours; old historic hotel
Pros:

Staff are lovely; gave us extra blankets when our heating was not working; booked taxis for us to the airport.

Hotel:
- older hotel; feels historic; high ceilings in our bedroom
- Clean bathroom
- Basic breakfast of freshly made eggs, ham, cheese, bread, juices, cereal, jams, teas and coffees
- Creaky floorboards (old historic building)
- We staying in a quadruple and although it was tight, there was enough space for 4 of us and 2 large luggage

We didn’t spend time in the common areas as we used it for a base for tours.

Shower pressure was light but okay; temperature fluctuated

El personal de la recepción: correctos, dispuestos a ayudar y solucionar inconvenientes. Muy buena predisposición y asesoramiento sobre lugares de compras, programas turísticos municipales y solucionar tema cochera para el vehículo.

Cons:

Que no tenga cochera. Que no hay ascensor y son dos tramos de escaleras para llegar al hotel (recepción), poco mantenimiento.

Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien. Tout accessible à pieds et proche du terminal de bus. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables, dans un bâtiment historique.
Possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner très tôt, pratique pour prendre un bus tôt le matin.
Le personnel est sympathique et agréable.

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur. Salle de bain un peu vieillot.
