La comida excelente, la ubicación muy buena. Ya que está en el centro histórico de Cuenca y cerca de la mejor panadería de Cuenca
Deberían poner televisores de última generación, ya que después de pasear uno quiere estar cómodo y ver algo antes de dormir y tienen televisores muy antiguos los cuales no se puede ver Netflix, aparte tenían plan de televisión todo bloqueado

Breakast was great and I liked the location.
Too MUCH noise from the plumbing and then from the nightclub next door. On Friday night the noise was to 4:40am making it almost impossible to sleep.

The room: this was a gift to my little nephew, for his birthday, he was congested all throughout his stay and although his room was facing a beautiful garden, it was clearly moldy. I could smell the mold the last night he stayed there. Already too late for me to complain or request a room change. Advise for other travelers: ensure the room is not moldy.
Die Lage des Hotels mit Blick auf den Rio Tomebamba ist einmalig. Fußläufig sind sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt erreichbar. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit.
