My stay was good and met my needs for 2 nights.
Pros:

The staff at the establishment consistently demonstrate politeness and kindness, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. I would like to extend a special thanks to Tammy, who has gone above and beyond in her role; she was not only incredibly helpful but also took the time to assist me with my luggage, making my arrival much smoother. Her cheerful demeanour and willingness to lend a hand truly stood out. Overall, every staff member I encountered was equally kind and attentive, contributing to a pleasant experience during my stay.

Cons:

Just a little downside on the floor. It creaks when I walk; it needs a little TLC. Perhaps a sound check and a little hammering to tighten the floorboards.

Cons:

de kamer was erg warm. We wisten dat er geen airco aanwezig zou zijn maar de kamer lag op de 3e verdieping met een raam dat slechts een klein beetje open kon.

Pros:

Location for Victoria Palace Theatre was brilliant. Lovely clean hotel, comfortable beds. Amazing price for a family room...we will definitely be back.

Pros:

Location for public transport, train and buses. Easy access to shops and variety of food outlets early morning to late evening. Idea for exploring the City.

Cons:

Not suitable for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. Lovely period building with no lift Staff helpful and changed our room. .

Sono rimasta davvero molto soddisfatta e tornerò sicuramente.
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 7 all’11 gennaio; eravamo in tre persone e sono rimasta super soddisfatta della scelta.
Al momento della prenotazione avevo richiesto una stanza al piano terra o al primo piano per alcuni problemi di deambulazione di mia madre. Inizialmente la stanza assegnata era al primo piano, ma la signora alla reception è stata estremamente gentile e dal secondo giorno ci ha cambiato stanza, assegnandoci una quadrupla, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze.
La struttura è ben tenuta, le stanze venivano pulite ogni giorno e il personale è super gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.
In camera erano presenti due stufette nel caso si sentisse freddo, un piccolo vassoio con tè, latte e caffè, e i letti erano molto comodi e caldi.
Il prezzo è adeguato alla zona in cui si trova la struttura.
Sono rimasta davvero molto soddisfatta e tornerò sicuramente.
