Hotel Riu Festival

Hotel was clean and generally quiet, its in a busy area with night clubs and bars so there was some noise but nothing that got in the way of sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in an area which seems to be very popular with German visitors so youll hear very little English spoken, not a bad thing given youre in a non-english spraking country. The transport links were good, with the airport bus and city bus stopping 200m from the hotel. Food options were pretty good, with varied evening options and a decent breakfast every day.

Muy buena, habitación muy bien, personal súper amable, comida tanto para desayuno como cena abundante y variada, buena ubicación y fácil para aparcar.

Elevator was big problem ,there is no space
And it would come late. But it was fine overall.

Esperienza positiva, struttura eccellente, personale professionale e simpatico. Vicinissimo al mare e alla capitale, serve comunque l'auto per girare l'isola. Ho fatto presente alla direzione che erano presenti animali spiacevoli nelle aiuole e prontamente hanno risolto il problema .

Trop bruyant à cause des Allemands.

Cet hôtel est absolument parfait. Bien situé, d’une propreté exceptionnelle. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil. Le buffet est varié, les heures de repas très larges. Je recommande

Waren eine Nacht dort untergebracht. Alles war in Ordnung, tolles buffet am Abend, top Lage, gerne wieder!

Friendly staff, plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Room was very clean.
It was a bit far from Palma - 25 minutes on the bus, which stops just around the corner from the hotel, as does the A2 airport bus.

Pardon, aber beides, Frühstück und Abendessen, war eher durchschnittlich.
Da sind Grupotels und Hipotels um einiges besser

We booked the Riu Festival but on arrival was told we was moved to the Riu Concordia. Luckily it was only down the road.
This hotel was excellent and cannot fault it one bit but very disappointed neither hotels.com nor the Riu group told us prior.

I loved the stay at the hotel; the staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. However, the only downside was the location of the smoking section, which was positioned right in front of the main entry door. Every time the doors opened, the cigarette smoke wafted directly into the lobby, making the air unpleasant for non-smokers. It would be great if the hotel could relocate the smoking area to a spot farther away from the entrance to enhance the overall experience for guests.

Requested a high floor, got a first floor. The room was situated directly above the entrance to the car park and overlooked the rubbish bins. Fridge didn't work and the room has two large pillars in the middle of the room which is not the best position. Double room with single occupancy but still got two twin beds. Stayed at the hotel several times, and I'm also a Riu Class member. Expected a lot better. The night previous stayed at the Riu Festival where the room had a double bed, a fridge that worked, a higher floor and no view of the dustbins. So Riu can offer better facilities - it was just rubbish this time. I should have stayed at the Festival for the extra night.
