Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

Booked hotel for the pool and water slide and hot tub . Hot tub did not have water . And pool was so dam cold that not a person could go in it . Asked at front desk and got told that’s normal temperature. But yet likely 50 people at hotel and not a dam person in the pool that’s sad .

The hot tub wasn't working and we were not given notice. We reserved this hotel for the hot tub. The bathroom was small, and not very clean.The breakfast was terrible 😕

Pricey but okay

Hair dryer didn’t work in my room. They didn’t provide a new one.
Also a kids hockey team were staying there…not fun

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was expansive, very good variety. No complaints at all. The weather turned on us the day before leaving, we checked out early and were refunded for the entire day, they did not need to do that for me and I fully expected to pay for the last day. It was a very welcome gesture on their part and had certainly never happened before. It was greatly appreciated.

Don't waste your $$ unless...
Pros:

Pool and hot tub and the only staff member that cares Sharon!!

Cons:

Noise from other rooms was keeping people awake at night. Staff either gave you a blank look when asked a question or spoken to about the noise. Nothing done to correct. Only reason to go now is for the pool and hot tub. Everything else is not worth your money.
