Don't waste your $$ unless...
Pros:

Pool and hot tub and the only staff member that cares Sharon!!

Cons:

Noise from other rooms was keeping people awake at night. Staff either gave you a blank look when asked a question or spoken to about the noise. Nothing done to correct. Only reason to go now is for the pool and hot tub. Everything else is not worth your money.

Pros:

All staff and in particular,Sharon has always been very friendly and helpful with each visit - great location that suited us and why we stay here each visit . Can’t go past the pool after a big day out.

Nice clean and decent property
Pros:

It was very clean obviously new. We loved the well lit parking lot it added value because it felt very safe. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety of food and decent coffee.

Cons:

Our thermostat wouldn’t turn on in our room so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The temp was ok so we didn’t bother to say anything but it’s something that could pose a problem for others.

Terrible mattresses but great pool!
Pros:

Mattresses are in rough shape, extremely uncomfortable. The pool is great, kids loved it! Breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again if the mattresses were upgraded!

Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel, very nice staff. Clean rooms and Gym was functional. On-site restaurant looked very nice and the building was modern and fresh. Location on edge of town was convenient. Pool looked very good but didnt have time to use. Would stay again

Not understanding I tried to cancell my reservation to make a 1 day stay and not a 2 day, but no one would pick up to answer my call and resulted in me being charged for 2 nights.

Pros:

Checking want very confused as we booked 2 rooms ,but staff at front desk insitid i was only one ,and refused to look at the confirmation number they finally looked and yes we had booked 2 rooms but they charged for 3.
