Perfect place to enjoy Newport.
Pros:

This Inn has the perfect location - you can walk to everything. It’s super clean and comfortable and the staff is incredibly nice.

Cons:

There are no negatives.

The breakfast was okay.

Cons:

Stayed at Admiral Fitzroy a few times over the past several years. I do feel it’s becoming more and more rundown and not being kept up properly.
The tub had some kind of mold and the water wouldn’t shut off properly and overall it just needs some talc.
We’re supposed to be spring water outside her door in the hall, that was empty. I really just was not impressed with it anymore.
I think for the cost of the room it should be a little bit more Refreshed and updated

Pros:

Location, clean rooms, very nice staff! Comfortable room.

Cons:

They should take some time to get some beautiful flower pots and brighten up the entrance. It’s dull and unkempt. And get rid of the dead pots on the back stoop. And the breakfast was not good. I expected some freshly baked muffins or scones and better coffee. They can get rid of all the other stuff and get some homemade baked goods with the yogurt and keep the fresh fruit.

Perfect location with very comfortable and spacious accomodations.
Pros:

Great location with free parking, close to most of the tourist sites and in the middle of the city's main commercial street within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, movie theatre, library, and wharf. Nice spacious quiet room with lots of natural light and a fridge. Staff was excellent and knowledgeable about restaurant options.

Cons:

Breakfast had lots of healthy cold selections. Would have preferred a few hot items to choose from.
