Met some wonderful people here! Staff is always willing to help.
Pros:

Very helpful staff. I had to make weather related changes and they were very accommodating.

Cons:

There is a slight sewage smell in parts of the property. But this is Belize!

Perfectly perfect!
Pros:

Absolutely loved staying here!! Gregorio was wonderful!! Our room was amazing with a beautiful view. The room was Gorgeous and very roomy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location, fair price, clean and safe.
Pros:

Great hotel on the far end of the main strip. I say far end which made it quiet at night which was nice, but it is only a 10 min walk all the way down to the other end of the Main Street so anywhere you want to go to be on the island is a 10 min walk or less.
Clean, cold AC, hot water, and very nice bar restaurant dock and pool right on site.
Freehold cart pickup from the airport and bikes to rent right on site.

Cons:

Golf cart driver didn’t seem like he wanted to be there at all. But all other staff were very happy and friendly.

Everything was exceptional..
Pros:

The landscape and everything else that was at the property… the pier was a great spot for me …

Great Location within walking distance
Pros:

The Location was SUPERB and resrurent was in a great location on beach.

Cons:

The amount we payed, i dont personally think it was worth it. Plus they closed restuarent for staff ( which i think was a GREAT idea ? which was an inconvienence. Plus No water in room unless yougot it from office.

The lady in reception room was friendly and helpful.
The room itself was nice.

Cons:

1, However, the room we stayed has no privacy if you opening any window curtains. No any chairs in the room.
2, The most disliked thing is the price. We have been travelling around the world for more than 10 years. The conditions in the room which we stayed really only worth a half the value of the amount we paid. But I must say that it’s not this hotel’s fault, it’s caused by booking.com’s very high commission.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’emplacement de cet hôtel et l’amabilité du personnel. Les chambres fournissent le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.

Cons:

Les chambres fournissent l’essentiel, mais un coup de deco apporterait un peu de chaleur aux chambres, qui manquent d’âme.
Du côté de la piscine, une odeur d’égout était très très forte et désagréable durant les 4 jours de notre séjour et nous pouvions la sentir quand nous ouvrions nos fenêtres. C’était probablement un problème de courte durée lié aux pluies qui n’impactera pas le séjour de futurs clients (ou alors il faut faire qlq chose).

Good option for mid-range accommodation in Caye Caulker
Pros:

Convenient to some of the best restaurants in Caye Caulker and both ferries. Walking distance to everything. Room was comfortable with good air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool and swim up bar. Good space for our family of 4.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant trash/sewage smell outside our room so it wasn’t practical to use our porch and hammock or to open our window.
