Amazing, wonderful, every expectation meet!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel and restaurant. Has outdoor covered seating with a beautiful ocean view and breeze. A pool for the kids and parents with a swim up bar seating. It’s a few blocks to “The Split” and adventure snorkeling. Wonderful time here!

Good enough for the amenities
Pros:

Outdoor areas were nice and a plus

Cons:

Service was slow. The beds were very uncomfortable and loud also I did not like that only single Kings had ocean views. The Bathroom was very tight and overall the bedrooms were a design hodgepodge of unmatched items. The wooden Valance boxes are incompete, unfinished, poorly placed and unnecessary.

Nice location and views , amenities ok to sub par for the price
Pros:

Nice location, close to ferry station, restaurants and cafes, but not too loud. Restaurant with nice deck overlooking the water. Cute balcony overlooking pool and with partial ocean view. Seafood at restaurant was fresh and convienent when we ordered a late lunch a la carte.

Cons:

Toilet was very finicky, didn't flush several times, had to call staff to fix handle more than once. No breakfast included at regular rate. Somewhat disappointing for the price.

Very lovely stay
Pros:

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot showers. The pool was beautiful as well as the dock. Staff was mostly very friendly. We had a delay in flights and they accommodated that which was super sweet. Convenient location to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

The restaurant was not very good, but we only ate there once. Wish the standard room came with a hammock like in all of the pictures online.

Amazing staff at Island Magic Beach Resort
Pros:

We highly recommend the Island Magic Beach Resort. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had made a mistake on our reservation, but they were able to find a room for us and make our stay very enjoyable. They went above and beyond to help us.
The transportation from the airport to the water taxi was perfect. The driver was waiting for us and made sure that we got on to the next water taxi. Another driver was waiting for us at the pier where the water taxi ended to give us a ride to the hotel. It worked out perfectly.
Our room was very comfortable, and the facility had its own restaurant and private beach. The location was near everything we needed and walkable to many restaurants.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Simple hotel with an amazing beach/view/location
Pros:

This hotel is simple and a bit dated, but very clean and the staff were FABULOUS. They helped us set up a golf cart rental (which you don't really need on this small island, but I had a foot injury and couldn't walk much), and a snorkel tour. They have an onsite bar/restaurant and it was one of the best breakfasts we had on our trip. They are right on the beach - with sand and swings and nice seating areas to enjoy the view. There is a pool but we didn't have time to use it. They provided transportation from the dock where we arrived by boat, and to the airport to fly home. So kind and helpful.

Met some wonderful people here! Staff is always willing to help.
Pros:

Very helpful staff. I had to make weather related changes and they were very accommodating.

Cons:

There is a slight sewage smell in parts of the property. But this is Belize!

Perfectly perfect!
Pros:

Absolutely loved staying here!! Gregorio was wonderful!! Our room was amazing with a beautiful view. The room was Gorgeous and very roomy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location, fair price, clean and safe.
Pros:

Great hotel on the far end of the main strip. I say far end which made it quiet at night which was nice, but it is only a 10 min walk all the way down to the other end of the Main Street so anywhere you want to go to be on the island is a 10 min walk or less.
Clean, cold AC, hot water, and very nice bar restaurant dock and pool right on site.
Freehold cart pickup from the airport and bikes to rent right on site.

Cons:

Golf cart driver didn’t seem like he wanted to be there at all. But all other staff were very happy and friendly.

The staff is so wonderful! And the rum punch!!
Pros:

Excellent stay at Island Magic! The room was clean and well equipped, the view from the King Pool room was lovely, and the staff were all wonderful! Booking was easy, they picked us up from the Caye Caulker municipal airport as soon as we landed, and we landed early! Shout-out to Gregorio! The on-site restaurant is so convenient and tasty, with the best rum punch on the island! We had at least one every day! Two for one at happy hour! There is a swim up bar on property as well which looks lovely, but our stay was too short and he we had too many plans to get to utilize it. The pool is very clean. The staff is what really makes this place special, we will be back!!
