Great little find, garden a bit to rural, but host and staff really good and helpful. Evening meal was lovely, home cooked typical local food.

Ambiance khmer ... sympa et personnel accueillant .., clim et ventilateur défectueux ... dommage car ils auraient été hautement apprécié

Très bien dans le genre . Accueil sympathique. La clip et ventilateur ne marchaient pas ( 33 degrés ) . Mais on nous a changés de chambre ... panne d’électricité , et d’eau pendant plusieurs heures ... mais à part ça : tout bien

L’hotel est très joli, entouré d’une belle végétation. Une partie du staff est très accueillante... mais une autre partie beaucoup moins, dommage.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre et le reste de l’hôtel (piscine), ainsi que les massages proposés.

Par contre, les tarifs proposés pour les tuk-tuk si l’hotel les réserve sont 2 à 3 fois plus chers qu’ailleurs (à part pour les les journees de visite) et on ne nous a pas trop laissé le choix. Idem pour le guide proposé (dont la qualite n’etait au rendez-vous). De plus, alors que notre guide indiquait que le transport pour l’aéroport était offert dès 3 nuits, il nous a été facturé... et au prix fort !

De plus, nous avons dû partir un jour plus tôt, et aucun geste commercial n’a été fait pour la nuit payée en plus. Au contraire, alors que nous partions tard le soir, la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée ce jour-là (le lit n’a pas été fait, les poubelles n’ont pas été vidée, le papier hygiénique n’a pas été rechargé, etc.), alors que la nuit supplémentaire était d’ores et déjà payée.

Nous repartons donc avec un goût amer, avec l’impression que la volonté de l’hotel était de nous faire dépenser un maximum (sans oublier les 3% de plus pour le paiement par VISA pas annoncé a l’avance !)

Sympa, déco un peu coloniale, piscine agréable. Patron français ? présent mais ne nous a pas salué.

I had an excellent 3 week stay at this hotel, the rooms were set in lovely gardens around a large pool. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable and indeed nothing was too much trouble. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Nous revenons 10 ans après dans cet hotel qui a toujours autant de charme. Végétation luxuriante, très belle piscine ,chambres agréables et bien décorées. Petit déjeuner copieux et cuisine excellente faite avec des produits frais du marché. Ambiance coloniale et chaleureuse dans une maison cambodgienne très bien décorée .
Un moment de bonheur et de détente apres une journée de visite .Etre au calme ce qui change de la vie grouillante de Siem Reap qui surtout le soir a une similitude avec Shangai !!!!

Plus de 1000 hôtels dont plusieurs usines à Chinois. Celui-ci a du charme et se trouve à 15 mn à pied de Pub agréer. Patron très intéressant et de très bon conseil pour les activités annexes aux temple.

So enjoyed my stay at Mystrtes D’Angkor.....one of the best hotel stays I have had! Highly recommend it......love the Cambodian people....genuinely helpful and kind!

Hôtes disponibles et sympathiques. Malgré mon arrivée à 4h30 du matin le tuk-tuk m'attendait à la gare routière et ma chambre était prête. Joli havre de paix, parfait pour décompresser après les temples un peu en dehors de la ville le long de la rivière et non loin du superbe musée. Piscine salée, ça peut surprendre mais c'est idéal en fin de journée.

Alles Notwendige vorhanden, sauber, sehr nette Räumlichkeiten beim Frühstück. Der Tuktuk Fahrer des Hotels war sehr angenehm und stets zuverlässig

It is absolutely gorgeous: peaceful, beautiful, nicely green in the middle of dusty Siem Reap and super quiet.
We arrived at 7am and were lucky to find our room ready for us. On the advice of the reception staff, we planned a day of visit of Angkor with a guide for the next day and they found for us the nicest tuk-tuk driver that drove us around for the 3 days of our stay and brought us to delightful restaurants and sights. (16$/day for the tuk-tuk driver). The guide that they booked for us on the second day was very good as well (40$/day).
The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the garden amazing and the swimming pool as well. Their lobby is very nice if you want to have a beer before going out and wifi works well. We were very tired on our first night after sleeping in the bus and decided to have dinner at the hotel, even though their restaurant was very quiet and almost empty... we did well ! Probably the best meal we had while in Siem Reap, the Amok fish was delicious.

Tres belle ambiance, personnel faisant de son mieux pour vous rendre le séjour agréable, et belle rencontre avec le propriétaire du lieu.
Seul petit bémol, l etat de la route pour y acceder à pied !

Far from the city center but fortunately it cost only a few dollars on a tuk tuk ride.

Quite nice, but a few negative points: It's a long way out of town; looks pretty good, but there are lots of narrow, steep stairs, so ask for a room on the ground floor. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was slightly out of town, and down an unlit dirt road. It is easy to get transportation to and from town, but I would not suggest walking after dark. Rooms were basic but very nice. Unfortunately, the AC was not working great in either of the 2 rooms we had, luckily there was a ceiling fan! The staff could not have been nicer. Overall, a great stay but if you want to be closer to the action, you may want to stay somewhere more in town.

The staff at this hotel were at worst charming and at best attentive, always seemed a happy team of people. The setting is great, on the edge of the main city centre, so a little more a sense of local street life. Set on a dusty road, an oasis of garden and pool with pavillions dotted on the periphery of the grounds - each with a verandah to sit out.
The restaurant was pleasant enough to have something to eat after the rigours of the day. Comfortable rooms and serviced to a high standard.
The staff though were extremely personable and really concerned that my stay was a pleasant one and that I had everything I needed.

a delightful khemer residence about a 5 minute tuktuk ride from the centre of town
the rooms are spacious, the staff a delight and the food delicious, served upstairs on the verandah overlooking the garden and pool.
will be returning.

The locationis a bit far from the city centre and the road dirty in moonsoon season. Otherwise great hotel and very efficient staff
