Zeker een aanrader voor een bezoek aan het mooie Utrecht.
Pros:

De rustige omgeving waar het hotel zich bevind.
Goeie verbinding met het openbaar vervoer.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Helaas hoor je vaak de kamerdeuren dichtslaan en ook de deur van de gang naar de lift.
Ik heb dit ook gemeld en de dames aan de receptie gingen dit bekijken met de onderhoudsman.
Zeer positief dat een opmerking ter harte werd genomen.

Pros:

De manager bij aankomst was super aardig, en bereidwillig mee te denken.
De bedden waren goed.
Het systeem v d handdoeken/ wisselen, tegen een beloning stimuleert, prima plan.

Cons:

Kamer 330 de douche deur lekte onder en de buitenkant werd helemaal nat tijdens het douchen.
Dat er geen kleine koelkast was.
Maar het ergste, vonden wij, de parkeergarage is veel te duur.
Vergeleken bij v.d. Valk Utrecht, die gunstiger ligt, is het maar 8,50. Fletcher Nieuwegein is gratis parkeren.
Dat mag zeker goedkoper, denk dat als we het eerder hadden geweten, we misschien anders hadden beslist.
De beloning v h systeem handdoeken etc is allen voor meerderjarigen, wat een onzin. Juist stimuleren de kinderen de ouders om er op te letten, omdat ze wat lekkers willen of wat te drinken.

Alles was netjes, goed ontvangst, goed ontbijt, lekker bed

Cons:

Parkeren, er wordt nergens bij Booking vermeld dat je nog 20,-- euro moet betalen voor parkeren, in de omgeving zijn GEEN openbare parkeerplaatsen dus je bent verplicht om van de parkeerplaats bij het Hotel gebruik te maken.

Kamer was niet zoals geboekt, bij melding was dat onzin ze hadden recht im ins te plaatsen waar ze wilden. Vies ventilatierooster biven je hoofdeinde, stof eruit vallend. Slechte schoonmaak. Oploskoffie, slechte kussens. Veel ongeïnteresseerd personeel. Slechte matrassen. Eeg gehorig en schoonmaak gooit zo hard met iets in de andere kamer dat de muur waar ik met mijn kussen en rug tegenaan zit ervan trilt en ik vooruit geduwd wordt.
