Good price\value rate at all.
Pros:

The location is perfect even is the hotel has no parking slot. Affordable public parking is in walking distance.

Cons:

There is not a "Please Do not Disturb!" or a "Please Make Up Room!" sign which could be hang on the doorknob which means the cleaning lady is came into the room even if someone wanted to rest a bit more in the morning.
