Stanza molto spaziosa. Bagno comodo. Posizione centrale. Colazione ottima non manca nulla
gentilezza e cortesia del personale e l'ampiezza e la comodità della camera.
La collocazione e la tipologia del bidet che è troppo attaccato al muro ed al termosifone e quindi da poco spazio alle gambe.
L’Hotel sorge in pieno centro storico, a poche decine di metri da Piazza Trento e Trieste, dal Duomo e dal Castello Estense.
L’ambiente è tranquillo e accogliente, le stanze sono ben dimensionate, la pulizia è accurata.
La colazione a buffet è ottima.
Alla mia richiesta di una pasta vegana si sono prontamente attivati per andare in pasticceria a procurarla.
Alla reception personale cordiale e disponibile.

In het trapportaal hangt een rioollucht, maar op de kamer zelf heb je daar geen last van, er zijn geen koffie- en theezetfaciliteiten op de kamer aanwezig en voor een flesje water moet je, in tegenstelling tot vele andere hotels tijdens onze reis, betalen.
