Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale e comodissima
Pros:

Hotel situato alle porte del centro storico di Ferrara in posizione comodissima, vicino al parcheggio a pagamento con le tariffe migliori (6 euro al giorno). L'albergo è molto pulito e tenuto bene e lo staff cordiale. La camera era molto pulita e con tutto il necessario. La colazione inclusa non offriva molta scelta ma era tutto molto buono.

Cons:

In realtà non ci sono cose che non mi sono piaciute o che hanno rovinato la mia esperienza in questo hotel. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, il bagno era poco illuminato (solo una luce centrale, nessuna luce dallo specchio) e l'aria condizionata non facilmente regolabile, era poco intuibile la rotella presente. Ripeto, nulla di rilevante, sono stato benissimo.

Struttura distinta e centralissima peccato per la colazione deludente
Pros:

La struttura ha una posizione centralissima,il palazzo essendo un palazzo storico è molto suggestivo e caratteristico, le camere sono ampie spaziose e confortevoli, l arredamento è curato e rinnovato, lo staff è gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Mi dispiace dover trovare un neo, ma per quanto mi riguarda un hotel così, con un ottima qualità prezzo con un ottima estetica, non curi un servizio principale che offre, colazione scarsa e purtroppo di bassa qualità, colazione salata poco invitante, e colazione dolce poco assortita e soprattutto riscaldata probabilmente piu volte
