We had an amazing stay at Riva Surya! Piaow was the one who helped us with our check in process and assisted us throughout our stay with anything we needed. The other staff were also very helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient to Khoa San Road and the tourist boats that go along the river. The breakfast buffet had a lot of great options and the rooms were clean and sufficient for our stay in Bangkok. Though we didn’t use the pool it looked very nice. We are a family of four and the hotel is very family-friendly.

I went on a business trip, but my experience at this hotel made it feel like a wonderful holiday. The hotel is very clean, the ambiance is relaxing, and the pool is absolutely amazing. Its central location made it easy to get around, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional.

My husband found this great hotel while making our plans to visit Thailand. It is a great location for everything we wanted to see. Our room was perfect and everyone in the hotel gave exceptional service. We loved the hotel porter who was very personable whenever we entered or left the hotel. And there is Mint who was always there to greet us in the dining room. She is a shining star in this hotel. If we are lucky enough to come back to Bangkok, there is no question that we will be staying in Riva Surya.

From the time we set foot on the property until we left we had an incredible experience. The hotel was close to major attentions with easy access to the hop on hop off boat. The food was great. I cannot say enough about the staff. The were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. When we return to Bangkok we are absolutely stay here again.

This was the first stop on my recent honeymoon.

The staff were all super friendly and just very nice to deal with.

The hotel itself looks great. Security on the front at all times. There is a stylish pool out back next the river with various types of seating dotted around.

We had a room with a balcony facing the river which event the limited time we spent in the room gave us an opportunity for a view, even more so with the thunder and lightning storms!

Modern, clean, pretty luxurious. Also a great location with the main tourist rover boat just 5 minutes up the road giving easy access to huge areas of the city.

Id you go out of the hotel and take a left, go a few hundred yards up the road and look for an allyway on the right hand side. Following it to the end and tur left again and you'll find an entire hidden row of beautiful restaurants. We spent a whole evening exploring it and Barley did half!

The hotel staff also gave us a delightful honeymoon brownie which was a lovely touch.
