First visit to Bangkok
Pros:

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel for several days. The location is outstanding and walking distance from the hop on hop off river shuttle. The service level of the team is wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and overlook the river and the retsaurant food is excellent. Thank you Riva Surya team.

Calm oasis in a perfect location in Bangkok.
Pros:

This is an oasis amid the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. The rooms are beautifully curated and the pool and restaurant area are a lovely relaxing place to be. We had a gorgeous massage.

Excellent hotel with great service on a beautiful location.
Pros:

Everything in your hotel was great! All the service of the whole team was so good.
We loved the breakfast with all variations in food as well the Mocktails we had almost every day.
Also having dinner near the river and seeing the boats passing was as in a Fairytale.
Furthermore we had a beautiful Riva Room with the splendid view of the river. Room was clean and comfortable. All decoration in the hotel was nice as well in the room.
The swimming pool was great to visit after a day of experiences in Bangkok. The beds and chairs around are very comfortable.
Very specially to mention is the extra attention and service we became when our flights were not so sure anymore. It was of great comfort to us knowing you were aware of that and very helpful not only then but all the time we ask.
If we come back to lively Bangkok we sure will stay in your hotel again,

Pros:

We’ve stayed at the Riva Surya in Bangkok twice now. We’ve been delighted with the hotel on both occasions. The airport pick-up service was always excellent too. The staff is also very friendly.
We’d love to come back.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Such an authentic and wonderful experience! Loved the locations and the rooms were amazing! True atmosphere and super clean!
Amazing dinners and fantastic team at the desks and on the floors.
Breakfast choices could be improved a little bit with more choices.

Altijd weer een feest om hier in dit sublime hotel te zijn !!
Pros:

Wij logeren altijd in dit hotel als wij in Bangkok zijn, het ligt dicht bij de pier en wij reizen graag per boot, altijd weer een heerlijk ontbijt, schoon zwembad, super vriendelijk personeel en fijn terras aan het water, heerlijk kleinschalig met prettig publiek.

Cons:

Jammer dat ze een groot deel van het lounge terras bij de rivier reserveren voor de rokers, vroeger zaten wij daar veel maar dit is ondoenlijk geworden met de invasie van rokers dit jaar. Beter zou zijn om de rokers aan de overkant vh zwembad te plaatsen bij de kleine zitjes dan storen ze ook niet als je ziet te eten aan de waterkant.
