Pros:

立地的によくわかり、助かりました。
モーニングでのスタッフさんの対応が素敵でした。

Cons:

部屋に入る時、鍵が使いにくいです。
すごく困ることは，全くありませんでしたが、エアコンが調整できにくいことや施設が，老朽化してきている印象がありました。

朝食付きで有り難かったのと、新歌舞伎座からのアクセスが良かったです。
Pros:

新歌舞伎座に行くのが目的の今回宿泊だったので、会場からのアクセスがよかったです。

Cons:

浴場が少し狭いなと感じてしまいました。あるだけ有難いとは思います。

すごい寒かった。
Cons:

寒かったです。
この時期の暖房もきかず 寒かったです。
色んなホテルに宿泊してるんですけど ちよっと
設備的にここのホテルは古く感じました。

思ったより立派な門構えだったので、テンション上がった。
Pros:

立派なエントランスロビーで気持ち良かった。ユニットバスは蛇口系は新しく温度も変えやすく水の出もよかった。排水もよかった。室内アメニティもよかった。ホテルの立地は良いと思った。朝ごはん美味しかった。フロント、朝食会場の、スタッフの方は対応良かった。

Cons:

部屋は基本的には綺麗だが、ところどころ短く細い髪の毛がトレー内アメニティの下にあったり、シャンプー入れ物についてたりしたので、ちょっといやだった。部屋も綺麗だが、例えば冷蔵庫と壁の間の3センチくらいの間のカーペット（床）は埃が溜まっていて、そこはいつも掃除していないようだった。カーペット（床）の隅々までは掃除できていないようだった。ドアの覗き穴はカバーが無く覗かれそうで不安だった。朝食は美味しいが、おかずの種類の数がもう少しあったら嬉しかった。
