Pros:

駅から近くて利便性が非常にいい。コンビニも目の前にあって夜も安心。

Cons:

部屋のエアコンがセントラル方式なので寒がりの方や暑がりの方は微調整が出来ないのでストレスかも。

駅近でホテル自体に清潔感あり。
Pros:

和室なので椅子が有りませんでしたが、足腰の悪い者が居ると説明したら椅子を運び入れてくれました。助かりました。
喫煙可能のお部屋とありましたが、匂いはありませんでした。

Cons:

3人での宿泊でしたが、歯ブラシやタオルのセットが2組しか無く、お風呂に行くまでに結構待たされました。
