Die Lage ist Top und mit Kindern das perfekte Hotel, man hat alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbüffet gleicht einer Massenabfertigung, großer Saal ein Tisch neben dem anderen. Die Auswahl ist OK aber nichts besonderes. Für 4 Sterne plus sollte es ein bisschen mehr Privatsphäre und Luxus bieten, auch die Qualität der Speisen müsste gehobener sein.

Il personale accogliente e disponibile al bisogno.

Cons:

La struttura è molto ampia,pertanto parecchio caotica ed affollata. Ristruttura,ma con molti difetti tra i quali il condizionatore nella camera perdeva acqua e il soffitto presentava dei rigonfiamenti.
La pulizia non era delle migliori e nemmeno la cura della stanza.
Considerato che la struttura ha 4 stelle S,mi aspettavo un riguardo migliore.

Lage, Freundlichkeit Personal, Pool mit Funktionsabzügen

Cons:

Küchengeräte nicht ausreichend, zb. Keine Topf groß genug für Spaghetti, Dusche ständig übergelaufen wenn Wasser zu lange lief, Appartements nicht Rollstuhlgerecht, Kosten für eine Waschmaschinenladung ausgeschildert 5€ in Echt 6€, Wasser im Jacuzzi hat gestunken, daher nicht benutzt, Pool nicht voll funktionsfähig (Knöpfe zum Sprudel einschalten taten nicht). Parkplätze 15€ pro Tag, aber wenn deiner Weg ist ist er Weg, auf Hoteleigenenparkplatz wurden uns Kratzer in den Wagen gemacht, Hotel kann selbst nicht nachvollziehen wie lange du geparkt hast, Man muss angeben wie lange man geparkt hat.

Bagno troppo piccolo senza mensole dove riporre i prodotti personali e posto dove appoggiare la salvietta per il viso/mani , tende oscuranti che non oscurano e aria condizionata rumorosa. Sala colazione le sedie erano quasi tutte sporche e anche le sdraio in piscina.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Hotel & die Ausstattung sind modern, optisch ansprechend und es war insgesamt sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und es wurde sofort immer nachgefüllt. Wir durften unsere E-Bikes in einem absperrbaren Raum nahe der Rezeption einstellen.

Cons:

Die Ausziehcouch in unserem Familienzimmer war extrem hart zu liegen und quietschte bei jeder Bewegung. Aber das "Hauptbett" war gemütlich.

Die Lage war super

Cons:

Das Zimmer war abgelebt und teilweise beschädigt, keine Wasserflaschen zur Begrüßung, was fast überall Standard ist, Kühlschrank bzw. Mini Bar war nicht angesteckt. Keine Möglichkeit die nassen Handtücher bzw. Badesachen draußen aufzuhängen. Fremde Haare im Zimmer zeigen das nicht gründlich geputzt wurde ! Das Bett quietscht wenn man sich nur hinsetzt und die Matratzen hatten auch schon bessere Tage! Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl ganz okay, das Problem, zb Lachs wurde nicht gekühlt ? Und man musste 5 Teller vom Stapel nehmen um 1 sauberen zu erwischen, das gleiche bei Tassen und Gläser! Auch das Besteck wurde nicht gründlich gewaschen ? Wie sowas sein kann versteh ich nicht, nicht bei diesem Preis und 4 Sternen! Uns wurde 1 Tag am Strand nicht verrechnet, angeblich aus Kulanz, aber es hatte geregnet und wir haben den Strand nicht genutzt ? Wir wurden auch darum gebeten den Parkplatz gleich nach Check out zu verlassen da ja auch andere Leute anreisen, es waren genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung und der Ton macht in diesem Fall die Musik! Kennen wir aus anderen Hotels ganz anders. Man will ja das der Gast wieder kommt

Das es Probleme mit den Strandliegen gab und wir dort direkt 30€ gezahlt haben, obwohl man diese nicht hätte zahlen müssen
