Al Ghufran Safwah Hotel Makkah

Superb Hotel standards and Great staff, made the experience exceptional, especially with proximity to Haram with direct access

I have chosen your hotel expecting luxury and comfort, but the experience was very disappointing .We couldn't get to the hotel easily, finding the location was difficult and we spent almost 3 hours to get to the location more than that We couldn't inter to the parking area because of the prayers.(Traweeh Prayer)
The next day when we were leaving many people were praying infront of the parking area,which completely bloked the exits.
This situation was very stressful and poorly managed by the hotel.In addition
the room wasn't clean the furniture was stained and the wooden chairs were scratched
also the fridge was not cooling .
The food was overpriced and low in quality and we got allergic reaction aftr trying"The lotus dessert" which contained nuts, even though the restaurant staff confirmed it was nut-free.

I would not recommend staying in your hotel .

I had a wonderful experience staying at Al Ghufran Safwah Hotel in Makkah. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Masjid Al-Haram, which made it very convenient for our prayers and Umrah. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.What made our stay truly special was the outstanding customer service, especially from Ammar. He was kind and always ready to help with a warm smile,Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. The service, cleanliness, and strategic location make it a perfect place to stay. Thank you to Ammar and the entire team for such a memorable experience.

Location is very close to the haram. The rooms are good and clean. There is no noise except for prayer and adhans. The service is alright, the main problem is that the staff is pretty bad at English. However, my main problem with the hotel is that the concierge service doesn't provide transportation unless to airport and other cities. Moreover, there is a lack of the services usually available at high end hotels such as a umrah/hajj guide (Mutawwaf) or tour guide for makkah in general. The hotel offers no tours, help or guidance in that aspect whatsoever and you have to rely on yourself for transportation.

All was best: location near Haram, room services, atmosphere and management, cleanliness, noise level and amenities. We cant say about the rate , because its depend on the season. It is available to stay.

Great location, very convenient, love the buffet too. We'll be back!

The receptionists were making sure everything going in smooth and easy check in process although the check out and any individual requests as for the laundry etc . The hotel is very clean and my staying was lovely. Thank you!

My experience on Ghufran Hotel is very extraordinary. The service are all exellent. All the crew are very humble, especially the restuarant reception Ama. Very kind person and so friendly.
The dish on the restaurant are magnificent. Overall, the hotel are so great. Its a pleasure to have stay in this hotel while doing Hajj and Umrah.

Everything was perfect. I just have a small criticism, which I will mention at the end of my review.
First of all, especially Mr. Enad and Mr. Naef, as well as all the staff at the reception, were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff on our floor were also excellent. The location is great as well.
Now coming to my criticism: I think you should update the photos on Booking.com, because they can be a bit misleading.
Nevertheless, I really liked both you and your hotel. God willing, we hope to see you again.

I had a bery best experience staying here eventhough for only one night. It was a very pleasant staycation. It was much better than safwah orchid. Only that the room is not that spacious BUT you can still put on your prayer mat and pray peacefully. I would insyaaAllah definitely will stay here again on the upcoming umrah.

Everything is crazy, spectacular services.
It was fantastic, I would love to stay here for life, it is exactly in front of the ka'ba and close to essential markets and shops.
Very tidy, a lot of services are offered for free, you can find anything you want in there.
I woke up, everything is untidied from me, went for breakfast with my family and came back, everything was tidy and clean, in a short period of time, also other additionals were put in the room.
No noise, clean as heavens, perfect for study.

this hotel is wonderful hotel. I like it too much. It is clean and near the haram I really love the stuff they are cooperative.
