Excellent hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Al Ghufran Safwah Hotel Makkah, and we were genuinely very pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of.

The location is absolutely excellent. The hotel is very close to the Holy Kaaba, which made going for prayers and returning to the hotel extremely convenient, especially after a long day of worship. Being so close to the Haram made our stay much more comfortable and peaceful.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our overall experience was very positive, and we appreciated the effort of the staff to make everything easy for us. Everyone we met was kind, friendly, smiling, and helpful. The staff always treated us with respect and genuine hospitality.

We would especially like to express our sincere thanks to Mr. Rakan at the reception. He was exceptionally helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. He always tried his best to assist us whenever we needed anything, and his friendly attitude made us feel very comfortable. We truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism.

We would also like to thank all the other reception staff and hotel employees. Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. Even when we arrived at the hotel earlier than the expected check-in time, they did their best to assist us and make things easier for us. This was especially appreciated after our journey.

What impressed us most was the attitude of the staff. They were not only professional but also warm, patient, respectful, and genuinely caring. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they were happy to help us with a smile.

For anyone visiting Makkah, especially for Umrah or Hajj, we would definitely recommend this hotel. The combination of its excellent location near the Kaaba, cleanliness, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff makes it a very good choice.
