Aanrader, ook voor de wat meer verwende vrienden
Pros:

Geen klachten, prettig verblijf all over

Cons:

Niet tegenvallen, maar een te snelle en joviale chatbot, ik weet niet, misschien te ben ik veel boomer.

Pros:

Personeel was hulpvaardig! Goed meegedacht en kledinghanger slim idee! Super grootte kamer. Vlakbij het mooie centrum.

Cons:

Doucheslang lekte en drupte snachts en bij binnenkomst kon raambekleding niet open maar receptioniste super hulpvaardig en met kledinghanger perfect opgelost! Dankbaar!
En super mooie grootte kamer dus zeker aanrader!

Schöner Aufenthalt im Cetrum von Sittard
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist okay und kostet 23,- € pro Person! Die Zentrale Lage direkt am Markt ist toll.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt zur Hotelgarage ist recht umständlich. Der Weg von der Garage bis zur Reception ist recht lang!

A fantastic hotel, with incredible history. A beautifully equipped and spacious room and womdeful staff.
Pros:

I liked everything about the property, from the building itself, to the room, location and the incredibly helpful person on reception when we checked in.

De kamer was redelijk maar het toilet en de douche erg klein met ook nog een heel hoge opstap. Niet geschikt voor iedereen
Weinig ruimte op wastafel . Kleine tv en weinig ruimte op dingen op te zetten

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Sittard
Pros:

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Sittard. Ook heel handig parkeren. En de kamers zijn prima. Bijzonder was het uitzicht op de kerktorens.

Cons:

Het was onaangenaam warm in het hotel, in de gangen en op de kamer. Dat laatste kon met een raam open of de airco wel verholpen worden, maar toch.... Een graadje lager is voor alles beter.

En tja, dit is ingewikkelder. Een update is altijd fijn. We ontdekten het pas op de kamer (niet verteld bij inchecken). Toch hadden we liever de geboekte kamer gehad. De update had het slaapgedeelte op een bovenverdieping en de badkamer beneden en dat betekent 's nachts dus trap op en af. Vinden wij op onze leeftijd niet zo handig. Maar het is allemaal gelukt en al met al een goed verblijf gehad.

Uns bekannte Unterkunft mit erheblichen technischen Mängeln bei der Ausfahrt aus der Parkgarage!!!

Das Frühstück ist okay. Die Räumung der benutzten Tische während der Frühstückszeiten könnten ebenso verbessert werden wie das Auffüllen des Frühstücksbuffets.

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung fand einmal nicht statt. Dies ist eine Anmerkung, die wir nicht zum ersten Mal getätigen.
Darüber hinaus funktioniert die Ausfahrt aus der Parkgarage sehr häufig nicht. Anrufe an der Rezeption gehen ins Leere, da die Hotelmitarbeiter regelmäßig auf den Parkhausbetreiber verweisen. Das ist ausgesprochen frustrierend. Der Parkhausbetreiber ist aber - wenn überhaupt - allenfalls über ein Callcenter zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter des Parkhausbetreibers sprechen kein Deutsch und auch kein niederländisches Dialekt, obwohl das Hotel unmittelbar an der deutsch-/niederländischen Grenze liegt. Am Abreisetag haben wir ca. 20 Minuten warten müssen, bis wir ausfahren konnten. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Mit dieser Kritik stehen wir nicht alleine, und wir haben wir bereits mehrfach geäußert.

Historisch en sfeervol hotel om de hoek van het marktplein
Pros:

Mooi historisch gebouw om de hoek van het marktplein. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een dagje Sittard, maar ook Maastricht ligt binnen 20 minuten afstand met de trein. Sfeervolle kamers met uitstekende bedden: fijn verblijf gehad!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. We hebben hier geen ontbijt gehad dus dit kunnen we niet beoordelen.. Tip is misschien een flesje water op de kamer.
