Pros:

Location was nice, room was fine.

Cons:

There is a tube line running under the building. This makes noise en shaking inevitable. For me a reason to go to another place next time. But that I found to be the only flaw

Sleep is the most important thing of a stay at a hotel. The underground shaking makes that impossible
Pros:

Good location, good service, nice decoration

Cons:

The building is right above a underground line which makes the whole building shake, also at night. This is just nog ok.

You do hear the subway in your bedroom and at breakfast the walls are shaking. The waiting time at breakfast is too long.

Geweldig hotel, hier komen we zeker terug.
Pros:

Geweldig hotel met een bescheiden aantal kamers. Persoonlijke aandacht en prima faciliteiten.

Cons:

Badkamer heeft een erg hete vloerverwarming, deze kan je niet uitzetten. Op lagere etages zou je last kunnen hebben van de metro.

Emplacement idoine pour rayonner dans la capitale anglaise. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant

Cons:

Une ligne du métro londonien passe sous l’hôtel et, à intervalles réguliers, provoquant une nuisance sonore jusque tardivement. Cela s’entend même dans les chambres du premier étage

Exceptional customer service and great location
Pros:

Honestly think this is is the first hotel I have ever stayed in where I truly felt like I was a family member being welcomed in and not a "customer". From our reception from Jack - can not praise highly enough his manner, attention to service, genuine interest and going above and beyond for myself and my daughter to make sure we were relaxed to Nuria who was very gracious and accommodating also on our last day. No request was too big, no attention to detail too small. The hotel itself is beautiful, very comfortable and perfect base for shopping and generally visiting London. Will definitely be back :)
