Central location, rooms appointed above the apps star category, staff professional and charming!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to Natural History Museum, shops, and dining. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, and the decor is lovely. The best quality of this hotel has to be the staff and their attention to detail. Hand written welcome card, welcome fruit and chocolate platter in room. Jack at the front desk is the epitome of what I expected from English etiquette, refined but warm and inviting. It’s personnel that lift this already charming property to another level.

Cons:

Loved everything, my only mention would be that the subway train traffic can be felt from time to time but not to the point where it distracted from all of the property’s many charms.

Úžasné ubytování
Pros:

Hotel se nachází v klidné a tiché čtvrti s dobrou dostupností metra a autobusů, které jedou k nejznámějším památkám ve městě. Snadno se dostanete i na letiště Heathrow. Celý hotel má komorní atmosféru, pokoje jsou čisté a prostorné, při příjezdu na vás čeká malá pozornost, což je velmi milé. Snídaně byly velice chutné, připravované na objednávku dle vašeho výběru z menu, takže vše bylo čerstvé a z kvalitních surovin. Personál byl vždy nápomocný a ochotný. Herní místnost byla skvělá. Cítili jsme se jako doma.

Cons:

V celém hotelu jsou cítit otřesy a hluk z projíždějícího metra. První noc to bylo trochu nepříjemné, nicméně další dny jsme to již nevnímali a jen si užívali pobyt.

Pros:

Tolle Lage in Sputh Kensington. Exklusive Ausstattung. Tolles Personal. Super Frühstück. Insbesondere Dominik ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat tolle Tips.

Cons:

Superior Doppelzimmer sehr beengt gür den Preis. Abends im Hotel nichts los und keine Bar.
