Absolutely amazing hotel which felt like a home away from home
Pros:

Amazing staff, great service, beautiful house, exceptional breakfast, super location.

Cons:

If I would have to name something : the heater in the bathroom couldn’t be adjusted so it got pretty warm in there.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We loved our stay. Dominic welcomed us with warmth and grace. The hotel is beautiful as was our room. The marble bathroom is beautiful.
Breakfast outstanding.

Cons:

The air con. was tempermental at times. The lights were a little tricky to light and dim.

Upscale, private stay!
Pros:

Staff were incredible, they were accommodating and on top of it. I loved that it felt very secure and safe for my solo travels! Welcomed me with tea after traveling!

Cons:

I am a light sleeper, I wasn’t used to hearing the train beneath me but aside from that everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The entire team was incredibly warm and hospitable, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring the city. I left with a full refund.
Cons:

The property is not maintained. The carpets were badly stained. The room was not clean. The bathroom smelled like raw sewage. I could go on, but just do not trust the on line presentation.
