Bien pour le prix. Très bien situé, pour l’accès à ce qu’il y a à visiter
Pros:

L’emplacement. Vraiment très prêt de la station de métro Voltaire.
Près de la Place de la Bastille
Rue Sedaine: avec plusieurs restos de différents styles.
Hôtel tranquille.
Prix concordant avec la grandeur et la « deco » de la chambre

Cons:

Les toilettes communautaires sur chaque palier d’étage ….
Celle entre le 1re et le 2e a été défectueuse durant mon séjour.
Il a manqué de papier dans celle entre 1 et 2 et celle entre le 2 et le 3e. J’en ai parlé à la réception, sans succès, le lendemain j’en ai parlé à la femme de ménage et cela s’est réglé.
Le prélart tellement usé de ma chambre (#8 au 2e) ne semblait pas propre…. La cuisine disponible pour les locataires : meubles et petits électro trop vieux et pas l’air propre. Vaut mieux aller chercher nourriture au resto et manger dans sa chambre….ou au resto

Worst it’s money.
Pros:

The location is good, and the mattress was good. In the room were fridge and microwave. Very old, but weee working.

Cons:

Very old everything. No lift, and of course, we were on the top flor.

Pros:

Will start with positive :
1. Definately the cheapest option for private room in Paris. I paid 220€ for 5 nights. Booked 2 months in advance.
2. Metro station Voltaire (#9) is around the corner. Lidl is some 10 min walk. Franprix 2 min.
3. TV & fridge in room working. TV has music channels which is always + for me.
4. Mettres seems new and it is comfortable.

Cons:

Negatives:
Will start by saying that I was REALLY AFRAID of coming here as I read reviews about bedbugs (punaises de lit) and for days before coming I was uneasy. Thankfully my room (#17) was good. However the room itself was not really clean.
No microwave though it says they have in every room.
No towels or soup.
Blanket is really looking dirty - with hairs, stains etc. Sheets seem clean though.
The hotel stairs STINK big time!!! Never experience anything like it.

All in all, depends what U look for. And bedbugs seem to be like a lotery here. Some have, some not. Room generally is not that bad. With just a little care it could be better.

Très correct et prix abordable pour PARIS
Pros:

Nous attendions une chambre pour passer quelques heures entre notre arrivée nocturne entre l'aéroport de ROISSY CDG
et la gare de l'est à petit prix.
Cet hôtel rudimentaire mais propre correspondait à nos désirs.

Stay for the sleep, leave for the fresh air!

The Location and price for Paris

Cons:

This place is not for the faint hearted…2 of the 4 toilets were blocked to the brim with faeces. It was as if people were going to the toilet on top of an already blocked toilet. The smell was horrific and the blocked toilets were like that for at least 3 days and we’re not sorted by the time we left. The flush didn’t work in another toilet which only left one working toilet for the whole building of 30 plus rooms. As you can imagine it was not a pleasant experience and we avoided using the facilités here. The room itself was fine, not clean
at all but you get what you pay for. The whole property had a rather strong smell of uncleanliness in general.
