receptionist's poor english caused me double charge
Ogólnie wszystko było super po hotelu widać lekkie zmęczenie upływem czasu ale i tak nieźle wygląda. Według mnie jego zaletą jest dostęp do nieograniczony dostęp do strefy basenowe sauny itd. Jest ona naprawdę rewelacyjna. Jedzenie bardzo dobre.
1. The reception will look down at you if you are not dress like 'Rich' in their RUS-soviet standards. Reception did not even want to look at me and answer to me (not only one time). First I thought she doesn't speak English, later I found she speaks perfect English. I just wasn't 'worth' to speak to.
2. The breakfast buffet was like kiosk - fish market. Most funny thing was, I used only 5 minute to finish all my breakfast, knowing that there are still many people wish to coming in. But waitress still came to me and forced (by wording) me to leave my table while I was still holding the unfinished tea in hand on 6th minute.
3. I booked a junior suite, carpet has fresh sticky fruit stains and cigarette ash. Toilet has 'stain' from last visitor. Balcony floor was like bus stop.
4. At Check- out. Based on their 1 person check out system, can easily stuck you for 30 minutes. Plus many local clients try to cut off you in line. The stuff did not keep things in order at all.
5. After all. If you wish to talk about your 'suffers', the front office manager acting like 'king'. Reception finally spoke English perfectly when I asked to talk with their front office manager. But I was told that he/she was busy, the front office said " If I want, I can wait..." - client was never the most important for them.
