Pros:

Місцерозташування

Cons:

При відсутності світла тут немає нічого — це просто коробка. Під час відключення електрики зникає вода, світло і навіть центральне опалення. Є лише конвектор, але без електрики він не працює, тому номер за лічені хвилини перетворюється на льодовий палац без будь-яких зручностей.
Персонал не попереджає, що ви навіть не зможете змити унітаз, і не пропонує хоча б ліхтарик. Сам номер також був дуже зношений і виглядав занедбаним.
Я більше ніколи сюди не повернусь.

Pros:

Дуже вдячна за роботу адміністратору . В номері було тепло та чисто . Попросили ще одну ковдру і нас принесли . Видно що готель звернув увагу на негативні відгуки та виправився . Під час відключень працював генератор .

Тут потурбуються про вас❤️
Pros:

Раніше на рецепції працювали дівчатка, але цього разу мене зустрів хлопець. Не знаю його імені, але його чудова комунікація зробила моє перебування в Києві неперевершеним! Дякую за турботу і те, що переживав за мене і намагався все зробити🥰

Не раджу брати номер стандарт. Ті що дорожче - наче трохи краще.
Pros:

Розташування. Велике ліжко.

Cons:

Кімната дуже мала. Нема не тільки шафи, а навіть жодного гачка для одежі. Ковдра на підлозі стара, брудна з неприємним запахом.
Як виявилось, телевізор висів на стіні просто як картина - навіть не підключений , без жодного дрота та без пульта, про що співробітники "були не в курсі"
