Clean, comfortable, good location
Lobby smelled terrible. Difficult door locks; hard to open and close and did not seem secure. Tub faucet leaked all night. Impossible to use TV.
Location
Lack of a/c
Hotel manager was very accommodating with requests. Moved my room as TV didn't work and lock needed fixing, however she was great at communicating and fixing this issue. Bed was comfortable and very nice to have a fridge in the room also. Thank you.
Good location. Relatively clean. Shower was good.
Lot of noise from the bar and streets most of the night. Place could use new mattresses and some maintenance.
This hotel is one block from the main street of town and restaurants. Our room was clean and quiet.
We were in room 115 described as “Queen room with bed 151-180cm wide; hardwood or parquet floors; air conditioning; flat-screen TV with cable channels; view.” The bed was 150 cm wide. The flooring was cheap Pergo with wide cracks. The air conditioning was a noisy box in one corner of the room. We couldn’t get any signal on the TV. The view was of the building’s HVAC system. Room was quite small See photos below.
I reserved a room in March for one night during the last week of June. I had my Booking.com confirmation email, booking number, and the credit card I had used to make the reservation, so everything appeared to be in order.
When I arrived, the manager, Tracy, told me that my reservation was not in the hotel's system, even though she confirmed it existed in the Booking.com system. Instead of taking responsibility for resolving the issue with Booking.com, she tried to place the blame on me and told me I needed to deal with Booking.com myself. I explained that this was not the customer's responsibility. If there was a problem between the hotel's system and Booking.com, the hotel should be the one to resolve it.
After a lengthy discussion, she agreed to rent me the only room left. She initially tried to charge me more because she claimed it was a better room, but it wasn't. I had specifically booked a room with two beds for my parents and me, yet one of us had to sleep on a couch. After nearly an hour of arguing, she finally honored the original price of my reservation.
What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of professionalism from the manager. She never apologized for the inconvenience or acknowledged the stress the situation caused. Ironically, the hotel staff were very apologetic and clearly understood how frustrating the experience was.
This experience left a very negative impression. I will not stay at this hotel again, and I hope this review encourages management to treat customers with more respect and take responsibility when problems arise instead of blaming their guests
Location is great.
The front office is unmanned and you have to go and grab a staff member from the liquor store next door. The staff member was unfriendly and uninterested. The front office is a mess and patched together. The room is super old and falling apart. The bathroom floor wasn't clean and falling apart at the corners. Beds weren't clean, we found dirt in on and the beds are super soft and old, pillows even worse. The mini fridge in the room was damaged and had marks all over it. Drinks station in the closet. Random microwave in the hallway. Building and parking lot a mess.
Nothing
Everything. Couldn't believe what I pulled up to. Dirty. Smelly.
Nothing fancy but comfortable and decent for the price. Have low expectations.
We had a good sleep and nice shower. Clean
位置非常方便 downtown步行可到 去超市也很方便
卫生和噪音
Lovely staff
Out dated and very hot
Great location for the adventure activities we wanted to do.
Also great location for the restaurant and cafes and shops.
Room was clean and comfortable, good shower.
Check in lady was pretty inefficient. Gave us room key but room wasn't ready. Couldn't point to where we were on a map.
Room was very basic but then you get what you pay for. Hotel needs a lot of TLC .
We stay here often, and it’s always exceptional. Great staff, super fast and easy check in, super clean, great AC when it’s hot. Close to everything. Great value.
It’s always super loud at night, the noise really travels up, and lots of street people these days, that said, this is out of their control, but if you’re a light sleeper, just make sure to close the windows and use ear plugs!
Der kostenfreie Parkplatz
Insgesamt sehr schlechter Zustand. Muffiges Zimmer.
It was fine.
it was as expected..
