Pros:

The hotel was very good! The staff very friendly!

Cons:

There is a little bit of noise in the evening from the street as it is in a very central location, but this was not a problem for us.

Cons:

While some staff were kind, others just wanted to make things difficult. (Example — we came down with our laundry. They told us to return to our room with the laundry and wait for someone to pick it up a few minutes later. Just silly. Another example — in various places they say laundry is done at 5 or 7, then they said 8, then 9. In reality, the night we needed to pack for early departure the next morning, not only was it not delivered until after 10 pm but the staff got combative and actually hung up on my husband when he called to ask when it would be delivered.
Internet is awful. Constantly kicking you off and saying you’re reached a cap, which the staff seemed to have no clue how to solve and just kept ignoring until one person fixed it easily — for that day.
Maintenance is not good — mold covers the walls in the bedroom around the bathroom, and using the shower resulted in water all over the bathroom.

Pros:

Strategic location, cleanliness, staff was Polite and cooperative and food was excellent.
Rooms were a bit small in size but well kept.
One suggestion is to install Fan since there is no windows for ventilation and Ac can't be tolerated all the time

Good value-for-money.
Pros:

Good value-for-money, for a good location and a decent standard. The room was clean, even if it would benefit from refurbishment.

Cons:

Underwhelming restaurant - unnecessarily formal, and with rather bland food. Staff seemed to be constantly fishing for tips, after a buffet breakfast I was told (twice) that my bill excludes a service charge (what is there to give a tip for?). Lots of filthy looking foods stall on the shortish walk from the metro station.

Pros:

Puhas, korrektne, toa planeering hästi läbimõeldud. Kõik vajalik olemas - kohvitassid, veekeetja, hambahari, ….. . Hommikusöök rohkete puuviljadega. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and cared forI
Pros:

The staff is very kind and helpful. They were really sweet. The location is great. I contacted them because I would be arriving very late in the night and they were responsive.

Cons:

The morning breakfast is just OK. The hotel itself needs some work and a refresh. The walls need to be painted and things need to be updated. But the rooms are still OK.
