This experience was horrific!! Let me start by saying that we used a gift card online to book. When we got to the hotel, we were then told there was a deposit, which we didn't have, hence the reason we were paying with a gift card. My room was switched from smoking to non smoking and was now requiring a $20 dep. When told that we had NO MONEY, they said that they'd switch my reservation back to smoking room which was no deposit, but was $10 more. That were told again that I had no money and paid with a gift card. They refused to refund so that I could rebook the now more expensive room... Instead they kept my money and we slept in my car not that was a great gift
The hotel had rouches and that was my biggest issue
There were actual cockroaches climbing around the tub perimeter!
I wouldn’t even get beneath the bed covers.

There was more than one thing wrong with my stay for one the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest house keeping was rude and disrespectful they tried to come in my room when I told them that I was trying to get dressed only had one thing of soap and shampoo when there was more than one of us in the room and the hot water took forever to get hot I don’t like the service or anything else about my stay there it was ridiculous I would like a refund or a free night
It was super hot and not enough lighting and then on top of booking through the app the checkin person made us pay 20 even though we had already paid all we were supposed to do was go check in not get charged an extra fee.

Great stay, it was ruined for the both of us by this employee at that place that spoke English horribly, and that would be a compliment, I had to have the person I was with to try and translate his English to me. All in all I trying to check in to stay two nights on the day I booked the room, it wouldn’t go through the same day, it went through the next morning, but I got charged with an early check in few of $20. I don’t think that is fair due to a malfunction on the motels websites end. And now I get charged another fee.
