Comfortable hotel with great staff
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, whilst still being secure and locked at night with a 24/7 reception staff. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, it was the perfect stop after ha giang!

Chủ nhà nhẹ nhàng, thân thiện. Đúng chất người Hà Nội thanh lịch.
Nhân viên lịch sự, nhiệt tình (tôi tiếc vì hôm đó không có tiền mặt để tip cho họ).
Tuy nhà không lớn, nhưng thoải mái và rất sạch sẽ mọi ngóc ngách. Phòng thơm mùi dễ chịu, sang trọng. Ga gối chăn nệm sạch tinh. WC chu đáo, sạch kin kít.

Das urban alley Hotel war sehr zentral und hatte gemütlich geräumige Zimmer. Das Personal war auch super nett und war immer offen zu helfen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Gerne wieder :)
