Excellent choice for Hanoi
Pros:

Very kind and helpful staff, the room was spacious enough and had a nice balcony. Central location on a quiet street.

Pros:

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist perfekt und ruhig. Die Zimmer sehr geräumig und werden, wenn man es möchte, jeden Tag gereinigt. Sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, waren die beiden, Cici-Chué und Nguyễn, an der Rezeption. Sie sprechen ein gutes Englisch und sind jeder Zeit, sehr hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen den Gästen gegenüber. Vielen Dank, dem kleinen Familienhotel, für die angenehme Zeit, hier in Hanoi.
