I commend the security guards but those receptionists lack training and courtesy.

I think someone was when in my room when I was not around or else this hotel haunted.

Room was clean,comfortable,the location is quiet near to tourist spot

Hotel staff are friendly, although front desk personnel should stand when giving out keys and entertaining questions from guest. The hotel should provide a microwave service specially for foreign guest, who are used on eating heated foods and the hotel does have an in house restaurant. Overall experienced is fine and will stay again if ever I am in the city.

Hotel is accessible for the visitors. Hallways are quite dark. Hopefully there would be a better ventilation especially in the 2nd floor area.

Our stay at riverside inn was disapponting since we were expecting the room to be properly cleaned and insect free. When we got in the room, saw 2 cockroaches roaming in the bed mattress, 3 at the table and, 3 more inside the bathroom, and 4 more in the bathroom door. Though the cockraches were not as big as the ones that fly, it was still less comforting to see and know that the room (and the hallways) is not properly cleaned as it should be, given that it is already rates as a 2 star hotel.

Also, they have this rule of surrendering your room key to the reception whenever you go out of the hotel, which in our opinion doesnt make sense since they have the masterkey to all the rooms in the hotel. And even if they reasoned out to us that previous guests intentionally leave the key inside the room (since the key gives electricity to your assigned room), its still unacceptable because its questionable for the guests in terms of the belongings that they leave in the room and security wise.

Just reasonable for the price. Staff are okay. Room is clean.

May i inquire from expedia why i was not issued official receipt during my stay in that hotel , they told me that they do not issue receipt if paid online..?

The room was ok. But then if you would really look into it the room dusty and there are some cobwebs on the bathroom and near the front door. The price is cheap i know but even if it's cheap you still do better or clean better on the room.so that people will comeback.and stay on your hotel. I know the feeling of working as a housekeeper because i used to work on a very well known five star hotel. I just think they should double their standards evsn if it's a regular room or your presedential. Cleanliness is very important. And another thing is tje shower head. Its very rusty and the shower curtain has a black spot stain on it. That's all. I still enjoy my stay. The employees are very accomodating and they always greet the guest.

I arrived at the lobby about 30mins after I made my booking though my information is not yet at hand the staff asked probing questions to accommodate me. I'm already inside the room no more than 30mins after I arrived.

For the PRICE it's GREAT if you need a place to sleep and shower... Water in the bathroom had a weird odor. I wouldn't go there if I want to take someone for a weekend get away....

Overnight stay for early ferry crossing. Basic hotel but value for money

except for the dust mites in beds that would cause skin irritation, the hotel is great in relation to its cost. great for back packers who are on the go, in the middle of everything, good jumpoff point to guimaras.

Old hotel not properly maintained. Bad internet connection and no internet signal for my smart and globe cp's in the rooms.

Place was old, it was more of a no FRILLS motel, no night life anywhere near by which is a good thing in my case! One thing good about this place is that it was in the center of everything! Transportation was very easy, staff were very nice, they cleaned the room every day. Just don't LEAVE with the air conditioner ON all the day when you step out otherwise you'll get your hands slapped. If you need a place to stay and cheap this is the place to be! :) I would definitely book here again!

i booked for 5days but stayed for 1day only i didn't like the room they gave me nothing like the one in the photo ad.
