Clean and well equipped but noisy and bed uncomfortable.
Pros:

Well equipped and very clean. Staff helpful and friendly.
Great location.

Cons:

Very noisy - windows offered no sound insulation and our room faced the street. Could hear traffic, birds and conversations of anyone who walked past.
Bed was uncomfortable - too soft and no support. Didn’t sleep well due to bed and noise.

Pros:

Great location in Randwick, very nice neighborhood. Staff was always responsive and even offered to pick up a package for me before arrival. Cleaning was good, it is not 100% spotless, but it is good enough for a pleasant stay. Close to UNSW, the hospital, Coogee Beach, easy to get to CBD. Definitely recommend this place while staying in Randwick or in Sydney in general.

Comfortable, close to everything and value for money. But uncomfortable pillows and noisy room
Pros:

Everything you need in a compact room. Great position. Close to Uni, shops and beach

Cons:

The pillows were very thin. The hotel backs onto the back of the Royal Hotel. Noisy trucks and a man vomiting in the early morning.
