Great affordable accomodation 15 min walk to coogee beach and tram to city
Pros:

2 min walk to Randwick tram line to Circular Quay. Trip is about 30 minutes.

Many classy Cafes within 5 min walk for coffee + breakfast.

15 minutes walk to Coogee Beach - 1.5km downhill. I thought it was a passable walk during summer as long as you are reasonably fit. Saved a heap of money by not staying in Coogee itself, even though I was there every day.

Busy area but good noise insulation of the rooms. I didn't really hear much over the course of a long weekend.

Cons:

View from the balconies is overlooking a carpark and the back of the pub next door.

On the main road, for good and bad.

Great overnight stay for our function in Coogee.
Pros:

Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Close to transport. Clean. Our room was quiet. The room was suitable for our one night stay.
