Central location, easy check in, clean and tidy accomodation.
The location was very convenient for where I had to go to & fro. Everything was functional in the room. I found the beds very comfortable bothering times I have stayed - in different rooms
The bathrooms could have been a little bigger, but I understand the reason the sizes of everything is the way it is. The price was great value
Arrived late at night. Check in details were sent to me and had very clear instructions on how to get inside.
Room was on the small side but bed was really comfortable and the room had everything you needed.
i was given the disabled room so it was lovely and roomy on the lower level. I loved it

Bed was so uncomfortable and you could feel the two single beds pushed together and the room was so tiny.
Close to the Prince of Wales Hospital as I needed accommodation for 9 nights and walking distance for me
My room faces the carpark of the hotel next door lots of noise and all the lights stay on ! I haven’t slept well , maybe blockout blinds are needed !

Lack of parking
The rooms were nicely furnished and clean and the staff was helpful.
I was placed in a room that overlooked the street and the noise kept me awake. The following day the staff moved me to a room at the back of the hotel, and that was much quieter, however I found that the bathroom smelled. The staff cleaned three bathroom, but the smell remained. I was moved to a 3rd room that was better, but I noticed the smell again. The hotel has an issue with the plumbing that needs to be fixed. Additionally there were flies in the kitchen area and it had a similar smell, but was masked by an aromatic scent.
