Pros:

I liked that the hotel room was spacious. It worked for 2 people

Cons:

So many things -
It felt dirty. The bedsheets felt gritty. There were ants in the bathroom. The hotel ALWAYS smelled.
The front desk was never accessible. They had a sign saying to call their other hotel reception after hours, and they didn’t answer, to leave a message and they’d call back. It was very difficult to get ahold of them and then they wouldn’t call back after messaging

Coin laundry & the hotel wasn’t very cooperative in giving me coins in exchange for visa payment. I’m international and didn’t have cash. I was staying there over a week, literally WALKED to one of their other hotels for customer service, and they were so unhelpful. I’m the customer here, and laundry is only $3 - just give me the coins?

The neighborhood was also gross. Do not stay in randwick if you dont have to.

Perfect stay in a lovely building
Pros:

Beautiful building in a convenient location. Comfortable bedding in a good sized room and bathroom. Lovely helpful reception staff.

Great stay for the racecourse or events.
Pros:

Location fabulous! Easy to get to and easy late check in. Good value for money.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable, parking scarce around properly but parking garage a short walk away.

Lovely stay right next to The Spot!
Pros:

Great location, next to the hospital, High Street, Belmore Rd and 2 minutes walk from The Spot! The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The TV was smart so I could quickly login to Netflix etc.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is that the windows couldn't open - would have been nice ti have some fresh air in the morning. But wasn't really an issue since the room was clean and smelled nice.
