Smart, clean hotel with great staff
Pros:

Clean, well equipped, speedy check-in service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Nice pool and sunbathing deck with bar.
Hotel and staff very accommodating in that we were able to store our luggage and use showering facilities after we had checked out, as we had a late flight.
Lovely location overlooking the harbour

Cons:

Booked a twin and a double room and got 2 twin rooms.
Quite expensive for a one night stay and the price didn’t include breakfast, which was an extra €18 per person.

Room was ok and clean but improvement is needed to make it soundproof.
Pros:

The location is great. Bus stops are nearby and pratical to take the bus to go visit.

Cons:

We can hear everything from the rooms next to ours and it can be quite disturbing, especially if you are trying to sleep at 2am. The vending machine on the ground floor was not working properly but it looks like the staff could not propose any solution to help us except saying that they will escalate to the maintenance.

Goede ligging ten opzichte v d cruisehaven, meer dan uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet

Cons:

Geen bar-faciliteiten , ook geen restaurant, jammer en dit voor een 4 sterren accomodatie.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. 👍

Die Lage, nahe zur Stadt.

Cons:

Der strassenverkehr hat enorm zugenommen. Darum sehr laut. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber länger nicht mehr.

Lovely clean hotel with nice pool area in a great location.
Pros:

Very clean, good location, modern.

Cons:

The pool is not exactly outside. Would have been nice if it was outside! But still very nice area. Also, as other travellers mentioned, if you need a late checkout you need to ask in the morning… it kinda defeats the purpose if you want to sleep in.

Pros:

Ein sehr gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip. Wir waren als Familie da. Die Lage mit Nähe zum Zentrum ist perfekt. Ebenso die Auswahl beim Frühstück. Jederzeit wieder!
