Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts bestand kein WLAN. Zusätzlich war der Mobilfunkempfang sehr schwach bzw. nicht vorhanden, sodass ein Zugriff auf das Internet praktisch nicht möglich war.

Darüber hinaus entsprach das inkludierte Frühstück nicht den Erwartungen. Obwohl die Frühstückszeiten bis 10:00 Uhr (unter der Woche) und 11:00 Uhr (am Wochenende) angegeben waren, waren bereits deutlich früher nur noch sehr wenige Speisen verfügbar, sodass das Angebot stark eingeschränkt war.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal hier. Wie immer alles ok.
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage. Der Park Sanssouci ist gleich um die Ecke . Die Innenstadt mit den entsprechenden Sehenswürdigkeiten ist bequem mit dem ÖNV zu erreichen.

Pros:

Das Zimmer, die Betten waren oK. Das Baezimmer auf keinen Fall!
Das Frühstück war gut bis sehr gut.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer muß dringend saniert werden!!!
Der Waschbeckenabfluß war total verstopft und verdreckt!!!! (siehe beigefügte Fotos)
Und der Fön, naja seht selbst!
Das geht gar nicht!!!!

Gemütliches Hotel am Park

Es war ruhig, nah an Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es war sauber, das Frühstück ausreichend. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sowohl auf dem Hof als auch in der Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Die Duschtür war nicht ordentlich geputzt, Kalk- und Wasserspritzer sichtbar. Das WC war ziemlich niedrig, für Kinder optimal, für ältere Menschen ungeeignet. Die Sessel ebenso. Wir hatten glutenfreies Frühstück gebucht und bekamen drei Scheiben Brot. Bei den Hotelpreis hätten Brötchen drin sein können. Im Zimmer keine Deckenlampe, nur Stehlampen.

Klein, aber fein. Stets freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer geräumig und sauber.
Das Hotel ist umgeben von den Sanssouci Parks. Ruhig und angenehm.
Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Ein Stern Abzug, hätten gerne an beiden Betten eine Steckdose gehabt.
Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
