Unser gebuchtes Komfortzimmer war nicht fertig und wir wurden auf ein Standardzimmer umgebucht, ohne Kostenerstattung. Das Zimmer hatte eine ungedämmte Verbindungstür mit Spalt, so dass wir jedes Geräusch unseres Nachbarn hören konnten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wurde sehr lieblos präsentiert.
Stapelweise die Wurst usw. Das Personal hat sich lieber am Büffet platziert, keine Tische auf der Terrasse gesäubert.
Personal an der Reception in Freizeitkleidung (T-Shirts) nicht passend für ein Hotel.

Frühstückspersonal hatte hinsichtlich der Tischbesetzung komische Regeln. Wahnsinnspreise für Süßigkeiten und Getränke an der Rezeption.

Het ontbijt was lekker.

Cons:

De lift deed het niet, ben zwanger en moest met al mijn bagage de trappen op. Terwijl dit al maanden geleden ook al een probleem was. De douche werd ook niet goed warm, pas na 10 minuten de kraan laten lopen.

Pros:

Lage super. Parkplätze und Tiefgarage waren frei. Ein- checken um 15:00 Uhr war okay. Frühstück okay, nur wenig Platz zur Hauptzeit. Würde Hotel wieder buchen.

Cons:

Fahrstuhl war nicht in Betrieb. Sonst keine nennenswerte n Mängel.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel in guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut wenn man Schloss Sanssouci besuchen möchte und einen Hund besitzt, da sich gleich gegenüber ein schöner Wald befindet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Personal hat man den Eindruck, dass es ihnen lieber gewesen wäre, wenn man zu Hause geblieben wäre.
