Good location and nice decor but not much going for it beyond that.
Pros:

Great location in a vibrant area with great eateries and an extremely central location. The decor was nice.

Cons:

Despite checking in in advance, it was difficult to enter the property after 3pm and we had to go to another hotel to get further information on how to enter. We then arrived to previous guest’s underwear on the floor and an unpleasant smell to the room. The room also had no natural light or windows which wasn’t advertised.

There was a cockroach in the shower on one occasion. The walls were also thin so could easily hear people in the shower, on the stairs or just shutting their doors.

It doesn’t stand up to its claim as ‘boutique accommodation’.

Really nice clean spacious room, good facilities. Clean shared toilet. Great location. Friendly staff.

The doors were very loud when opening and closing and with the shared toilet it was quite loud.

Ok but not worth the money

The room was very hot even when aircon was on. No hot water in shower near my room. Had to use the other shower.

Disappointing
Pros:

It looks nice from the outside

Cons:

No reception staff. The air conditioning didn’t work. Fancy exterior but very very basic on the inside. Plenty of street noise as well.

Pros:

Staff were helpful pre-arrival with arrangements regarding use of facilities post checkout.

Cons:

The room smelt stagnant or like medical cleaner.

The staff at reception were not aware of pre-arranged details regarding checkout, changing them on the fly and causing me to get locked out of my room.

The floorboards and doors closing throughout the night were very loud in my room (102) waking me up several times. The window backed into an alley way, where staff frim an adjacent venue were out smoking and and having a conversation till 1am. When i raised this i was asked to provide a video of this occuring as proof, when i asked to change rooms.

The toilet was small, whilst sitting on the toilet i could rest my head against the wall in front of me.
my knees were also touching the wall. I am only 172cm tall.

The location was amazing, everything was in walkable distance which was very nice.

Cons:

The shared bathroom was annoying but that is okay because it’s part of the experience. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work and was brought up to staff who did nothing about it.
