My particular room temp was hot over night ...needed to use air con to cool it down.
Foolishly locked myself out ... Instructions were not simple but outcome easy.
Shower temp on lower level was tepid... Not hot enough.
In room, kettle located under clothing rack ... Not practical for usage but wall shelf was loose and unsafe to use for kettle.
I liked the Comfort and it was very Relaxing, thank you 😊
The check in process was seamless and the beds were very comfortable and room was tidy. Great location.

Shared bathroom was not ideal. 1 x toilet and shower for entire floor and located in same bathroom. At least if the toilet was separate would not be waiting while someone is having a shower.

Parking was tricky
The Location is amazing, it really is. The room was small with no much natural light which felt a bit boxy but that's okay, I spent a lot of times outside. It was clean, but it's hard to share bathrooms at hotels, that's the only downside.
Sharing the bathroom, I left my room to shower and didn't have the fob with me so I was locked out, which I assume it would happen with a lot of people. So that makes it inconvenient.
The bed was absolutely disgusting the sheets bedding and mattress all stained with blood and urine with no help from any staff or no other clean bedding and no other choice late at night with my very tired son we had to sleep on the only towels I could find and use our own clothing for blankets and warmth. I'm very upset I got no sleep and had to make my son sleep in filfth when I showed reception in the morning all she could say was sorry about that. . Jenson took no responsibility and they took away from us a trip that was ment to be really special for my son who has never been to Sydney . I have been a very good customer of booking.com for years I have never complained but I'm very angry and upset and disappointed.
