Good clean basic hotel.
The location was good. Easy to access. Quiet.
No breakfast as was advertised. The room was hot upon arrival and took a while to cool. No creamer for the coffee that was supplied.
Nothing was available when I went there at 9 a.m. Juice machine was not working. Ice machine was good. Water fountain didn't work for my water bottle.
Non-guests sneaking in to swim while we were at the pool in the evening.
I am a repeat customer of this location I use to stay and fish Lake Texoma great location friendly staff always accommodate needs allow me to plug in the boat each day to charge the batteries I would recomended this hotel for sure
When I got there and ask about breakfast they informed me that they have not served breakfast for over 2 years but they cannot get you, booking.com, to change that on your side. So I think you owe me money for breakfast, which is what I expected when I booked through you. $25 should be adequate
Thinking I was getting breakfast and there was none
Very disappointed to find out after I checked in that they no longer provided a continental breakfast.......only coffee! I have stayed there on numerous occasions, but will not be returning.

The bed was comfortable is the only thing good at this hotel.
The back door lock didn’t work. So anyone could come in the back door without a key. This felt extremely unsafe. I had to rig my door where no one could get in without my knowing. Trafficking tactics. When I went to the desk to let them know the door didn’t work, they shrugged it off like it was no big deal. I will never ever stay here again!
I loved the shower. Great water pressure and nice hot water.
They said they had a year round pool. It was closed. They said they had breakfast. They did not. The pool and the breakfast were why we chose there. They didn't have enough towels in the room and the bed was too hard for me as well.
Only 1 roll of toilet paper left it was used and no extras. Didn’t have any eggs and sausage at breakfast like reviews and website said. Only waffles, toast, cereal and cinnamon roals.
