Нормальный бюджетный отель, если главное чтобы было чисто, а остальное не особо важно.
Pros:

Понравилось · - действительно чистые комнаты насколько это возможно, с условием что отель старый. Чистое пастельное, а подушка с пятном (одна из 4-х) была накрыта белоснежным полотенцем - очень хороший напор воды, и холодной и горячей - крутой новый фен. Даже вроде был утюг и доска гладильная - персонал быстро решает проблемы, которые отчасти сам себе и создает. Мне сперва предложили номер на 2 этаже (хотя я специально бронировала верхние и они были заявлены+ окно с видом) быстро поменяли на 5 этаж. На 5 не было ванны в номере на мой вопрос «куда дели ванну с фото?» мне тут же заменили номер. Итог в целом отель старается как может в категории бюджетного туризма. Персонал точно на все 200% работает. Есть большой бар, комплимент в виде яблок. Уборка каждый день. Расположение нормальное, есть в целом в районе немного кафе. Какие-то рандомные мини магазины. Местный район, туристов мало.

Cons:

Не понравилось · - халаты были грязными, лучше вообще без них) - стеклянные штуки на столах чистые, а вот под ними нет. - скользко очень при выходе, особенно в дождь. При выезде чуть не упала, поймал охранник в последний момент. Надо с этими скользкими ступенями что-то решать, пока никто не убился.

Reasonable short term stay. Good value for money

Giá thuê xe máy hơi cao bt xe ga mình thuê tại Đà Nẵng là 150k bên ks thuê là 200k ngày, sáng hôm sau mình có về Hn rồi nên chỉ thuê thêm 5 tiếng buổi tối bên ks vẫn tính 1 ngày là 200k

ロケーションは日本食レストランまで近いがダナンの繁華街まではやや距離がある。
安く滞在するビジネスマンであれば選択肢にはなるが、同じ価格帯でもっと良いホテルはたくさんあるのでこちらはオススメしない

Pros:

仕事でダナンに滞在する時に使っています。
一番安い部屋でも、部屋内やバスルームは清潔にされています。シャワーもちゃんとお湯も出ますが、壁が薄いのか廊下を歩いている人の会話が部屋に響きます。
朝食は団体が宿泊しているときはビュッフェスタイル、それ以外の場合はメニューから注文します。

Felt so insulted when they downgrade my room.
Pros:

Normally stay at this hotel every time we visited Da Nang to see our family once a yr. This trip I recommended my whole family to stay here. Worst experience ever for two night. The hotel had a tour booking so on 2nd night the hotel force us to downgrade & stay in standard room when we booked for deluxe room, just bcos they don't have enough room for their group. Room was smelly, was not clean properly, breakfast was closed at 8am & force us to choice from the menu when it was buffet. Service so poor no one came to help us with our luggage. Seem like they dont need our business anymore. Don't brother staying here, not worth the money. U can get better room, better price at more convenience location. I only recommended bcos of their previous service. But this trip was the biggest disappointment ever. They even forgot to give us back our passport, when we asked for it. Bcos of the hotel rush, we left thinking we got everything. Half way to Hue, realise our passport still with them. Causing so much drama when we have to drive back & delay 2hrs of our trip & more money spent bcos of their lack of responsibility. Will never ever return. Avoid hotel like this, standard is 1 star only.
