Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo della camera e del servizio ricevuto

Cons:

La zona dove si trova l'albergo è un po' degradata. Non pensavo fino a questo punto. Nessuna responsabilita della struttura che per le ore più critiche (di notte) consente di accedere tramite una porta di accesso su una strada relativamente più vivibile.

Posizione da me poco apprezzata. Quartiere forse poco adatto a famiglie con bambini. Questo è solo il mio parere personale, nulla da dire su posto e sul personale che invece hanno mostrato molta tranquillità.

Fumo e rumori

Comoda per la stazione e la posizione

Cons:

La camera tre che mi è stata assegnata è in una posizione infelice. Troppo rumore di auto ( superstrada ) e venditori di sogni radunati sotto la finestra. Purtroppo la zona è frequentata da molti "bisognosi di sogni di fumo" e quindi se ci sono i bisognosi-compratori, ci sono anche i venditori. Sicuramente non è colpa del gestore persona molto cordiale e disarmato.

Uitstekende locatie dicht tegen oude stad en niet ver van msc terminal. Dit voor opstappen cruise schip.

Cons:

Geen lift in hotel trappen gebruiken voor hotel. Ingang is niet aan voorkant maar aan zij kant. En soms lawaai van straat s'nachts

Pros:

The staff is amazing, they really try their best, they are very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

It is not hotels responsibility or fault but the surrounding area is horrible. It is literally a ghetto all around. The location is okay in case that you want to be close to old port and university building but other than that, I would look for something else. I can't say I got bothered or something but it was definitely not comfortable when walking to hotel at night. Breakfast got a little repetitive with the same meal ( croissant and focaccia every day).
