Pros:

My booking was cancelled by the hotel without even notifying me. When I got there, I was told the only room available was a lot more expensive. There were no hot water to take shower. The following morning they shut off water completely, couldn’t even flush the toilet. Only one tiny garbage can for entire suit. No fridge.

A nice hotel with moderate prices
Pros:


The staff is friendly but only one woman at the reception speaks English.
The Junior Suite is spacious and has a very nice bathroom which were both clean. However, one lamp in the room didn't work. Though they tried, they didn't manage to fix it within our two-day-stay. If you are three people, this room is a good choice. Putting an extra bed in one of the other rooms is not advisable because the camp beds they use are not comfortable at all!

The restaurant and its terrace is nice and the food delicious. However, the waiters' English is poor or non-existent. What is more, they only have one single menu in English! When we finally ordered, it turned out that several dishes were not on offer. They only serve them in high season. Breakfast you get rather late at 9 in low season.  However, as we were the only guests one night, we could eat at 8.30.

We were given a voucher for hammam as we had experienced some inconvenience with booking....
The spa is very nice. Your have the sauna or  hamman for yourself. In between some tea is served. The extra charge is about 800 UAH.
There is also a gym (extra charge), billard (extra charge) and table tennis.
The hotel is about 5 min from Tartariv and 15 min from Bukovel.

Pros:

This is a beautiful idyllic place. The restaurant is very good and a great price. The river literally runs through the property. The reason the rating is lower is because the internet in my room was off and on constantly. I found myself going to the office for a connection. The response was literally a shrug. So it makes me wonder if response to all big problems is a shrug. As I said a really beautiful place but service needs to be more than a shrug.
