Ottimo hotel sullo splendido mare di Santa Margherita di Pula
Pros:

Struttura a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di sabbia. Piscina curata e pulita. Camera confortevole. Colazione davvero super, ottimo assortimento. La ragazza della reception è stata disponibilissima a cercare di risolvere un problema di spostamento coi mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Da sistemare la porta scorrevole della doccia che faticava a chiudersi.

An sich war es schön aber die Insel hat uns nicht zugesagt.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super das Frühstück war auch super, hat genug verschiedenes. Am Schluss bekamen wir noch eine Breakfast Box da wir mitten in der Nacht losfuhren.

Cons:

Die eine Rezeptionistin war nicht so freundlich kann auch paar schlechte Tage gehabt haben. Die erste hat gesagt die Liegen sind inklusiv danach mussten wir täglich 35€ zahlen

I was expecting a 4 stars hotel, but barely was a 2 stars hotel, Booking org. not honest.
Pros:

breakfast was good, but service was slow, just two people serving. The location was great despite the poor hotel standard.

Cons:

the availability to meet the customers complaints, managerial people totally absent even in presence of serious problems. It seems they don't care about it. Absence of maintenance of internal green spaces. Car parking too close especially at rooms ground floor<

Fick inte kvitto på vistelsen
Trots flera försök med mail . Dom frågade om min mailadress men ändå skickar dom inget kvitto som är nödvändigt för bokföring.
Nu orkar jag inte längre tjata på dom.

Colazione da migliorare, varietà minima prodotti medi. La posizione è eccezionale!

La piscina, la tranquilidad del lugar, playa a los pies del hotel y otras muy cerca en automóvil

Cons:

Las pinturas en algunas paredes y ciertos aspectos de la decoración parecen muy anticuados o fuera de contexto. La arquitectura es muy buena, el diseño del área de piscina y áreas generales también. Todo en un entorno de pinos maravillosos. ¿Para que más?
