Important information:

Entry to the thermal area (sauna and Turkish bath) is not allowed for guests under 16 years old.

Please note that the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. Guests can bring their own or purchase one on site.

Please note that the outdoor pool is closed between the 30th of September and the 15th of May.

Access to the relaxation area, the water cascade pool, sauna and hammam is free of charge for guests.

Please note that half board option does not include drinks.

Please note that the Hotel provides transfer between the Sá Carneiro Airport - Porto to the Hotel upon request.

Any addition of extra beds, or cribs is available upon request and approval by the property.

Cons:

SPA, não deviam permitir miúdos darem mergulhos. Para isso tem piscina exterior.

Pequeno-Almoço dentro das expectativas. Bar e restaurante incriveis.

O facto de nas faturas ter que estar atento ao valor devido ao facto de o valor dito é sempre o valor com gratificaçao.

A vista é maravilhosa, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e as comodidades são boas. No geral, foi uma experiência agradável e gostei da estadia.

Apesar de todos os funcionários serem simpáticos e atenciosos, o serviço foi bastante demorado, tanto no restaurante como no bar. Em algumas ocasiões, chegámos a esperar cerca de uma hora, o que acabou por prejudicar um pouco a experiência.
