Important information:

Entry to the thermal area (sauna and Turkish bath) is not allowed for guests under 16 years old.

Please note that the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. Guests can bring their own or purchase one on site.

Please note that the outdoor pool is closed between the 30th of September and the 15th of May.

Access to the relaxation area, the water cascade pool, sauna and hammam is free of charge for guests.

Please note that half board option does not include drinks.

Please note that the Hotel provides transfer between the Sá Carneiro Airport - Porto to the Hotel upon request.

Any addition of extra beds, or cribs is available upon request and approval by the property.

These additional requests will not be included in the full price of the reservation, they will be charged separately anytime during your stay.

Voltaremos, certamente, se entretanto o custo da alimentação for ajustada.
Pros:

O ambiente calmo e relaxante, onde a paisagem é a piscina tiveram um papel fundamental, foi o que mais gostámos.

Cons:

O preço da alimentação são elevados. Bem sei está muito trabalho e esforço por detrás de cada produto confecionado, mas mesmo assim acho que os preços estão para lá daquilo que julgo ser razoável.

Relax nel Douro
Pros:

La struttura molto bella, con animali, giardino con piscina, nel silenzio, con la vista sulla valle del Douro. La stanza molto grande e spaziosa, la colazione ottima e abbondante.

Cons:

La piscina al coperto richiede la cuffia, e non è segnalato prima

Foi uma experiência agradável com alguns pontos negativos a não repetir.

A localização na margem do Douro

Cons:

Água mto quente nas torneiras da casa de banho.
Só era possível tomar banho com água quase a escaldar, muito desagradável!
A água fria saia em mto pequena quantidade.
Comunicámos este facto na receção. Foram verificar as torneiras no nosso alojamento e disseram que era devido à temperatura exterior (31ºC) e não podiam corrigir.
O restaurante tb foi uma má experiência. Tinham um prato em que era pescado do dia. Perguntámos o que era o pescado do dia e a resposta foi carapaus fritos. Considero que não se deve servir este peixe num hotel de 4 *

Hotellihuone ja yleiset tilat olivat viihtyisät. Huoneessa hyvät varustelut, kylpyhuoneet, tossut, minibaari jne. Huoneesta kaunis näkymä joelle. Sijainti rauhoittava ja rentouttava. Erinomainen aamiainen.

Cons:

Sänky oli liian kova, joten en valitettavasti nukkunut hyvin.

Ravintolassa palvelu oli hitaanpuoleista, etenkin kun suuri osa tarjoilijoista ei osannut palvella englannin kielellä, mutta kaikki sujui kuitenkin ok.

Spa/-allasalueella oli pakollista käyttää uimalakkia, mikä ei houkutellut alueelle, ja se jäi meiltä testaamatta.

Ein Hotel und Spa mit schlechten Matratzen und ohne Ersatz bietet kein Komfort für Entspannung.
Pros:

Lage ok, Gebäude gut aber in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlt eine Investition in Renovierung. Pool sehr gut.

Das Bett war wie ein Schlachtfeld, eine einzige Kuhle in der Mitte.
Haben uns bei der Rezeption beschwert und um Austausch der Matratze gebeten. Nie ein Feedback erhalten.
Haben uns beim Housekeeping-personal ebenfalls beschewert und dieses meinte sie hätten keine zusätzlichen Matratzen um sie auszutauschen. Sie drehten sie um „ denn manchmal hilft das "
