Important information:

Entry to the thermal area (sauna and Turkish bath) is not allowed for guests under 16 years old.

Please note that the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. Guests can bring their own or purchase one on site.

Please note that the outdoor pool is closed between the 30th of September and the 15th of May.

Access to the relaxation area, the water cascade pool, sauna and hammam is free of charge for guests.

Please note that half board option does not include drinks.

Please note that the Hotel provides transfer between the Sá Carneiro Airport - Porto to the Hotel upon request.

Any addition of extra beds, or cribs is available upon request and approval by the property.

O lavatório estava avariado. Não se podia verter a água. Pouca empatia por parte dos funcionários. De ressalvar que a minha estadia foi muito curta.

Funcionários de uma simpatia incrível.
No quarto tinhamos uma mensagem de boas vindas e uns pequenos miminhos,
Zona de spa ótima, com tratamentos super relaxantes, com piscina interior e sauna.
Zona envolvente muito bonita, com espaço para caminhar à volta do hotel.
Pequena quintinha com animais, que irá encantar os mais pequenos.
Perfeito para para passar um fim de semana.

Cons:

Não é que não tenha gostado do jantar, porque gostei. Achei é que era um pouco caro.
O pequeno almoço também estava bom, embora pudesse ter um pouco mais de variedade.
Não gostei que tivessem incluído a gorjeta no recibo dos tratamentos do spa, sem que me tivessem perguntado se queria dar. No entanto, durante o check-out, a situação foi esclarecida, e ficou tudo resolvido.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Kaffeemaschine mit richtiger Milch.
Honig in Honigwabe!!!

Cons:

Zum Baden musste man eine Badekappe kaufen (5-6€). Für uns aussergewöhnlich.
Dass man dann aber dafür noch Trinkgeld bezahlen muss, ist nicht ok.
