Entry to the thermal area (sauna and Turkish bath) is not allowed for guests under 16 years old.
Please note that the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. Guests can bring their own or purchase one on site.
Please note that the outdoor pool is closed between the 30th of September and the 15th of May.
Access to the relaxation area, the water cascade pool, sauna and hammam is free of charge for guests.
Please note that half board option does not include drinks.
Please note that the Hotel provides transfer between the Sá Carneiro Airport - Porto to the Hotel upon request.
Any addition of extra beds, or cribs is available upon request and approval by the property.

Beautiful views, nice and clean rooms, helpful staff (shout out to the lovely Cecilia ❤️), great breakfast included, and an incredible pet corner with goats and chickens (which was the highlight for me)
No gym. Would also recommend bringing with you essentials like water and maybe some snacks, bc otherwise you are completely dependent on buying it there and it can get pretty expensive.

Excellent location. The view of the Douro is breathtaking. Very quiet and peaceful place to spend a few days. The restaurant was quite good.

The wellness facilities were a real highlight, especially the saunas and the outdoor pool. We also loved the delicious breakfast (with the option of a glass of sparkling wine), the peaceful garden, and the beautiful view over the river. The friendly staff made the stay even more enjoyable.
We had no significant complaints during our stay.

The surroundings of the hotel are very nice. Loved the goats and the vineyard.
The pool does not have a view on the douro river because of the trees that are not maintained.
The red curtains in the room are awful.
They have an ant problem (in both the rooms and in the restaurant).
The toilet seat was not totally clean.
The menu of the restaurant does not have enough options to accommodate food allergies (there is garlic in almost everything).
Therefore, the price was too expensive in relation to the quality of our stay.
