Overall is good except old air con
Pros:

The poverty is good location and the size of the room is oke

Cons:

The aircon is old and cause of the hot weather its not cold, we ask the receptionist to change room , thanks to receptionist (alan from danang) who help us to find the better room with good aircon, so we can sleep well

I recommend the hotel’s service and accommodation, especially Rose was very good and helpful, indicated places to visit and her recommendations were very important

Pros:

Nice room, and in the middle of the old part of Hanoi, you can hear the horking, but it isn't that bad, or else the hotel is sweet to have earplugs in the room, but I didnt need them, and I had a room out to the street.

Понравился более просторный номер с отдельными кроватями .Кровати удобные.В номере было все необходи
Pros:

Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый.Помогли организовать экскурсии и вызывали такси.
Отвечали по Вацап на все вопросы.

Cons:

Бронировали несколько дней в этом отеле.Первый день нас поселили совсем в крохотный номер .Потом,за дополнительную плату,переселили в более просторный номер.

Lovely Place with Wonderful and Helpful Staff.
Pros:

The staff, especially Rose and Pencil, were super helpful. The location was superb. Laundry is great. Everything reachable walking.

Cons:

Room was on floor 7 while elevator only goes to floor 6. No window in the room. Payment issues... due to "viruses in the system". Overall it was good. Cannot complain.
