Personnel very friendly. I arrived at 2AM, 24hr reception

Cons:

I arrived late and AC was not on. My room was extremely warm and took a while before it cooled down.
Bathroom in my roolm is outdated so doesnt feel 100% clean

Amazing!!!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent—right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter.

I even left my luggage with the hotel while I traveled and returned to Hanoi, and they took great care of it. Their hospitality and service made my trip so much easier.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarter. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Mr. Dong who works at night is good boy and Miss rose also helps a lot . All vietnam related travel support is provided

Fabulous place to stay in the heart of Old Quarter.
Pros:

Great location. Extremely helpful and gorgeous staff that will go that extra mile to help you. Rooms are clean and I had air conditioning, thank goodness as was 36 to 37 degrees outside. The staff can organize day tours etc, exchange money, airport transfers. They can do it all. Breakfast also available which was lovely. A combination of fruit, veitnamese or continental just down the road a very short walk.

Cons:

The TV gave me the run around unfortunately. Put it down to thr TV not liking the heat either. 🤣
